Gabriel was very helpful and knowlegable. He was able to meet my needs with a great jeep that i really like. I did not go into the tent event expecting to purchase a new vehicle but Gabe did a great job of getting me the right price and right terms.
Eric Steffes was awesome - I used the internet chat with him and he took care of everything over the phone ...all I had to do was fill out the application on line. Eric called me with great news and I went in the next day to pick out my Nissan Altima. Everything was perfect. Smoothest car purchase EVER. I would totally do it again. Eric was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I would recommend anyone asking for Eric Steffes if they are buying a Nissan.

Our Sale Rep, Gab Tinca, was very efficent and very trustworthly. He was a pleasure to work with, thoughtout the buying process. I had done my pricing homework before going to the dealership. I told Gab, that if he made me a good price, he would have a sale. He did and I did.
Walter Dolan is a great salesman, we haggled some on price, but in the end, I was able to trade out of my gas guzzler and get into a smaller SUV with better mpg...good job guys! Christ in finance was cool too. I hope you all have a good experience there too.
I don’t normally write these types of reviews but I thought I would share my experience at Pinnacle Nissan with everyone. I bought a new Nissan Altima last month and had a great experience. I went to Pinnacle Nissan today to look at a used murano. Eric and Bill worked the numbers out, and made it really affordable for me. The place was clean and everyone was freindly. I was surprised that it was such a easy process to buy a car from this dealership. I have bought cars at other places and it was never this easy.
I bought a fully loaded Maxima last Monday at Pinnacle. My salesman, Nick, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. He made our experience completely hassle-free and we also got a great deal on our trade. Cookie was equally helpful to us and had a clear answer to all of our questions. We went to Pinnacle Nissan last weekend to trade in my wife's piece of junk car and get something a little bigger and nicer. They had some really nice used muranos online, so I sent in a request after work at around 7pm, Bill the sales guy got back to me in MINUTES, I was shocked.
