Our experience with Pinnacle Nissan started when the... Our experience with Pinnacle Nissan started when the President of our company used to buy cars at Pinnacle Nissan. When I decided I wanted a new car, I went to Pinnacle Nissan because of this previous association. Our salesperson was fantastic and took real good care of us in a very short time. Very cordial and friendly dealership - many times better... Very cordial and friendly dealership - many times better than my first visit in 2006. Worked very hard to get me the monthly payment that best fitted my personal budget.

Easiest buying experience we have ever had! We were able... Easiest buying experience we have ever had! We were able to complete everything over the phone and through our sales person bringing the vehicle to our home and then completing the paperwork at our home. It was so great doing all of this without stepping foot in the dealership, the weather is too hot and we have younger kids, so this worked so well for us.

Overall it was good. Howard Robbins was extremely... Overall it was good. Howard Robbins was extremely pleasant to deal with. My only complaint would be the length of time spent there even after financing was approved.

He also made sure I understood the electronics because I had a very old car that didn't have very many electronics. He also was very pleasant. He also went out of his way to put on my new seat covers. And said if you have any question give me a call. There for I would recommend any one to pinnacle Nissan.

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Pinnacle... I had a very pleasant buying experience at Pinnacle Nissan. They understood that we did not want to spend the entire day at the dealership and did their best to accomodate us. Everyone was very friendly.

Tony no Baloney (bolagna) The only person i will EVER buy from is TONY O'HANNON. He was a sweet young man that was very low hassle. He tended to my needs. Im sure other salesmen there were decent. But there was something different. He helped me and my husband purchase my Altima (dorothy). The managers were very professional. The buying experience was smooth and my sales "advisor" was genuinely nice. He called me to follow up with me and to see how i was doing. Definitely ask for him.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this... We had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership in the past, and they went over and above our expectations this time. They listened to our complaints, worked with us on both the sale of the new car and the trade in price for our previous car. They walked us back to finance, introduced us to the head of the finance dept. He worked for several days to find us the best possible rate, and service contracts. Mariom was very patient, took her time to explain every... Mariom was very patient, took her time to explain every part of the car, great and pleasant salesperson, highly recommended. It was a great experience . Mariom called home several times to check if we need any additional help, ie - making sure garage door remote control is set properly. Thank for great job.
