We went to Pinnacle Nissan last weekend to trade in my wife's piece of junk car and get something a little bigger and nicer. They had some really nice used muranos online, so I sent in a request after work at around 7pm, Bill the sales guy got back to me in MINUTES, I was shocked. Very friendly and we got the credit check out of the way online as well... when we went in, Bill gave us (& the kids) popcorn and bottled water. I bought my altima here. I spent 3 hours at the dealership trying to make up my mind (and my husband's) on what kind of car we really wanted. Our salesman was friendly and courteous and totally dedicated to our needs. His manager was equally courteous and gave us a quality experience, never felt pushed or forced into anything, just educated. I will most definitely recommend Pinnacle to my friends and family.

The deal I got on my Maxima was better then any other dealer in town. My sales person and his manager new I was on a time restriction when I came in, and had all the paperwork ready. After the purchase they have continued to answer my questions. I will refer all my friends to Pinnacle Nissan

Pinncle Nissan are so nice.I read some of the other reviews and I dont believe its the same dealership.Our salesperson knew everything about the car and showed us how everything worked.They gave us a fleet price and then had me ring the gong which was really cool.I would recommend this dealership to my family.

Everyone we were working with at Pinnacle Nissan was great! The one thing I would suggest is please simplify the forms and not have it take so long. If someone at Pinnacle is reading this please send us some business over to High Life Auto Rental. Thanks for a great deal!

I went into Pinnacle to "shop" for prices and get out as soon as I could! WOW, was I impressed!!! We were greeted by Anthony, an older gentleman, who was very nice and concerned about what my wife and I wanted. He showed us options and colors all the while putting up with our position on shopping and leaving. We were offered a test drive, by ourselves, and my wife agrees this was nice. i bought a car from pinnacle nissan a couple weeks ago and i feel that i got a good price for it. Shaun Wilkus was very delightful to do business with. He didnt pressure me to buy he presented me with many options to choose from (down and monthly payments) Finance department was quick and accurate, i drove away with my new car within 3 hours from stepping foot into the dealership. Will definitely do business with them again!

Took my wife's 09 Rouge in for service without an appointment around 10am. I was suprised that the service department was able to accomadate my request. I was in and out within 90 min.'s vehicle washed. A big thanks goes out to the entire staff at Pinnacle Nissan keep up the great work..
