Went looking for a new vehicle. Anthony the sales consultant was very helpful to my needs and listened very well to what I wanted. I had a 2006 Maxima loved the car, but wanted a crossover instead. Ended up with a 2009 Rouge and love it. Anthony is a kind and caring individual whom I will never forget during this process. Pinnacle Infiniti/Nisson personnel were very helpful in every way. I have purchased many cars over the years. (40) I can say, without reservation, that this dealership met and surpassed every concern we had. I would recommend Pinnacle Infiniti/Nissan without hesitation.
I WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND TO PINNACLE NISSAN. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A NEW CAR. I WAS NOT SURE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I WENT IN AND CHRIS SHOWED ME MANY DIFFERENT CARS THAT WERE IN MY BUDGET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
Do not buy mpp. First they dont do proper procedure. Then they shrug off lousy job ! Hot then paint protection deal 399$. Dont buy they dont know how to do! Buried bugs under sealant now three estimates later cheapest being 1,100$ ! Dint clean properly. Have pics. Of course they want me to give another chance🤪 cant do right first time why. I would just a soon get my 399$ back and maybe the money to correct. That would be another’s decision
Brought car in because hood lifters failed…. . Waited in waiting room for 2hrs for someone to come and tell me what it would cost and how long it would take….I finally went to repair desk and they said it wasn’t finished … but it needs some other.things ….why didn’t anyone come and talk to me after they took it into repair? Disappointed in Service desk… Call me if you want to discuss this rating!

If you check my service record notice that only couple time I have bring my vehicle there for service since 2023,due bad service, but take you more attempt priority to UPSELLING. Purchased Ford Exployer on the 5th hasn't been financed as of today. I contracted my credit union who approves my loan prior to my purchase they have received nothing from the dealer as of today. xxx

I recently went to Pinnacle Nissan this past Monday for my very first oil change on my 2023 certified pre-owned vehicle. What should have been a quick and simple service visit turned into an extremely frustrating experience. I live in North Scottsdale. Amazing that no one's called me back from Pinnacle Nissan regarding my review several weeks ago in order to apologize with any attempt to make up for the terrible service that I received.
