Time estimates for service are never accurate. It takes way too long even when you make an appointment and let them know you are waiting. It took more than an hour after my appointment time to get the initial report for repairs above what I scheduled to have addressed.

They were my best friend until I took delivery of vehicle, they didn’t want to fix a problem with vehicle, never returned my calls, they pushed extended warranty, even though I said don't want it, promise if there's a problem, we got you, I thought at age 73 years old, I would get an honest deal, very disappointed with sales and finance department,

Nice delaership, staff is freindly. I get service here because i bought my truck here and the purchase was a great experience so i wanted to have my truck serviced here. And i drive about 25 minutes 1 way to this location. This vist was dissapointing because i waited nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change and the typical check-ups. In the past, the wait time was significantly less. I can go other places and pay less, wait less, and have better options for refreshments within walking distance. The customer lounge is lacking.

Purchased a car and the experience was fine. It was after the car was purchase is the reason for the 1 star review. No problem getting call backs when you are initially buying the car. After 24 hours, I realized a made a mistake and wanted to get a better car. I was willing to take some loss and get a car of equal or greater value.
