I’m incredibly disappointed with the service management. He still hasn’t gotten back to me regarding a charge to my account.

The salesmen Sam and Jonathan were wonderful and had your finance person Carson been honest, my experience would have been great. However he was deceitful and tried to cheat me Also I was owed a check for my trade that took an act of Congress to receive. I was told 3 different stories on three different days. They simply did not want to issue the check although they had possession of my trade and clear title. The general manager Nathan Swann was also not helpful. Bought an Infiniti QX60 from the Nissan dealership and had a horrible experience working with Matt Duffy once the sale was complete. The car was listed as certified with Infiniti and by purchasing it through Nissan I lost most of the benefits. The vehicle had 28 miles. Mgmt never reached out during the time I owned the car which was 30 days given they knew this vehicle had operating issues. No one from mgmt called saying how is the vehicle. I came in after loosing my vehicle in an accident. I came first to Nissan because my previous vehicle was a 2022 Nissan Altima SR that I truly enjoyed. I was looking around the lot when I was approached. I wanted to see the used inventory on the lot. I was shown a Nissan Sentra, Nissan Rogues, and other. I bought my Pathfinder in the beginning of February this year. Stephen Sanchez offered me the Mechanical Protection Plan worth $2,153. He said I can change my mind and I did after a couple of days. He promised to put back the amount back to my car loan but until now he hasn’t done it yet. I called him numerous times and each time he says he will do it. This is terrible!! I need help from the higher management.

Service advisor did a great job. However, you will be losing a customer. The fact that you want to charge me 3% to pay you is ridiculous. I have gotten four cars from Pinnacle Nissan but probably will not get another one. Whomever came up with this idea to charge customers should be fired.

Provided services and updates on my computer that weren’t asked for and or communicated with they just did it without permission. Services I would’ve turned down They did do compensation by not charging me for the oil change and very apologetic, but I’m not happy with the poor communication of the facility

They let me drive off the lot and waited 2 weeks to tell me to bring back the car they couldn’t find a lender. The humiliation was unbelievable.

I never trust anything service says. They always recommend work that I have had somewhere else or use the old bate and switch regarding repairs
