I got my oil changed and they forgot to put my oil cap back on so it smoked under my hood and smelled like burned oil inside my car from the air vents. And just made.a very big mess under the hood.

1. Sales rep poorly trained. Didn’t know how dealer prepped cars or what was included. We wanted a cheap car for one of our kids. 2. Floor manager lazy and doesn’t understand customer service. Vehicle we were purchasing was in service. When we asked how long it would take after waiting over an hour, he said “I don’t know.” I asked him to call back there and find out. Horrible experience. They epitomize the horrible experience of car shopping. Car salesman’s Max was the worst and I hope he is at the bottom of the barrel at this place. Car had a cracked windshield and scratch on the side. When asked to repair he asked if we had windshield replacement insurance and that it would cover a replacement. Um, no. He insisted they couldn’t do anything about the scratch. A frustrating part of it is he would immediately say, no, sorry can’t help with that without hesitation. I was assisted first through one service tech, Billy, who when I requested to call back because I wanted to call somewhere else for a better estimate gave a long sigh of frustration. Once it was ready I spoke with Wes who said my vehicle was ready and when I get to the dealership I was helped by Dan because Billy and Wes were not there, Dan was resistant when I requested the price breakdown and all 3 treated me, a woman, as someone who didn't know what I was asking for. Customer service sales reps need more people skills on follow ups and questions customers might have that need help with. Your finance rep was the only one explainable and very helpful thank you Stephen

I came in for a oil change and they tried to upsell an additional $700.00 worth of Service.

Eddie seems genuinely concerned to help. Jordan just kept repeating, "I don't know what to tell you." However, the issue with my rearview camera is not been fixed. I am unsatisfied with this low level of customer service.

No customer service. No communication from service center team. Service team is focused on themselves. Pinnacle loses the good service managers and has gone down hill for years.
