They sold me a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro4X that is having multiple issues, they won't fix it or call me back. It has been over a month and I can never get ahold of any managers, according to the employees, there never seems to be a manager on duty. My vehicle has had scratches on the side of the vehicle and tailgate from day one, an alignment issue, the passenger door does not close properly(requires forceful slam to close/latch), and there are numerous bubbles in the tint. Pinnacle has always offered me top-notch service (for 14 years), though this last service left me very disappointed. I have to go back to the dealership for repairs.

2+ hours for a simple oil change is too much. Also, my auto is 8 months new. Trying to sell me a “much needed” per them package for 599 was absolutely ridiculous.

Been using this deals hip for 5 years now with good service for what I need. This time not so customer friendly. What's with this 3% service charge on credit cards????? Never did that before. And if you pay with a check (which is an option) you as the customer have to wait for the cashier to call your bank to clear the check. WHAT, it took 20 minutes. For the amount I paid I am not happy with the service, although Nissan picked up the car from my house they didn't offer like in the past and I had to ask, then the delivery was a day delayed and finally my car wasn't washed while it was there. Been going there over 15 years and service is slipping...
