I always bring my car here. This time was strange. The clerk asked if I’ve ever been here before, he should do his homework before hand to know or look it up as I stood there. I asked for a rotation and oil change, it took 2 hours. After getting home I read that the tech did not do the rotation! I am so angry! I put a lot of miles on and wanted this done. I imagine to save time…not his de decision. Plus they still wanted $120 for the work.

Josey was very helpful when choosing my car. My issues with this dealership are, the price I had signed and agreed on is different than what’s on my paperwork and I’ve been contacting Josey specifically to get an answer as to why this is. It’s a huge financial gap between prices. No one will get back to me on this. Very disappointing and poor communication. Second, the finance department is SO pushy when it comes to sales. I brought my car in due a knocking sound upon acceleration. My Nissan Rogue it s 2 yrs old with 20 k miles. After leaving my car there forv4 weeks due to parts being ordered it was supposedly fixed. It’s frustrating to still hear that sound but now my car is idling louder than before and still sounding like a diesel car when accelerating.

I bought my EV here but never taught the car and lady service was useless (the turtle mode came on at 20% power left on jetway 😖) and did not get told I needed to arrive with that light on…poor service

They did not use 100% synthetic oil and car was not washed like promised. I need proof of use of synthetic oil next time if I should even return. Not happy at all

Even though I had purchased an extended warranty policy on my 2019 Nissan Rogue the service personnel refused to repair the interior map and dome lights on my car. I was treated poorly by the service personnel very disappointed in the whole process and dealing with the service area of Pinnacle Nissan.

Again, even though I had purchased and extended warranty policy on my 2019 Nissan Rogue, the service personnel refused to repair the interior map lights and dome lights, which were not working at all. The extended policy was purchased thru Pinnacle Nissan when I bought the vehicle at this dealership and it was for 6 years or until 2027, 75000 miles or whichever comes first.

I’ve been forced to pay $1200 for $800 services (5k and 30k). The employee who did it explained that he included services that I haven’t requested nor approved. After some negotiations he promised to do free services for me later. When I came later for next service the guys was longer there so all our verbal agreement were not honored.

Needed to replace a key fob. We tried getting it repaired or replaced with other places and was told we couldn’t because it was under a recall. When we purchased the car we were only given one fob and were told we would get another one once your dealership received it, never got a call. So we ended up paying around 475.00 dollars for a new one. That’s unfortunate, we are looking for a new car to replace that one and we will not be coming back.
