They incorrectly serviced my vechical when i purchased it used. I used Carfax and it was free of accdents... 8 months later carfax was changed to an accedent from 2022 all thru magic? Now they tell me I need front end struts!!! Stay away from this dealership. Bought used car in beginning of 2024 for 35k. Would you spend that much money on a used car? I am on a fixed income.

Tried to pick the car up after hours. Paid the money, went to pick up but the car won’t start. Needed my car and was told it was fixed. Eddie was great but cars just not working when I was told it was fixed.

Every place i go rotates your tires for free with an oil change. Because I used a coupon and didn't pay $80 for an oil change you guys don't rotate tires. Guess I'll just start going elsewhere for oil changes.

Service group was not helpful. Took vehicle in to inspect control arms and brakes. Said all was fixed and noise in brakes returned later that day. Had to take to different service center to fix which ultimately led to new rotors. Doubt they even looked at the vehicle.

I Am still waiting a payment check , I had a problem with my car at the first 5000 miles guarantee somebody forgot to put the engine cap , (or not enough tighted) so I almost broke the engine ,I cost to me around 280 usd and the Service manager in chárge promised that they were going to send me a check, but it never happened!!!!
