Can’t trust a service manager on what’s actually necessary for service. Went in for an oil change and once again come out with a huge bill.

Nav problem solved but no one in SVC Dept knows how to get the Driver Assist to continuously display on the dash. Google didn't help either

Did not wash car as promised- completed all needed work as requested but did not wash as requested

Friendly and pleasant employees. Scheduling service was easy, as was the need to change our appointment time. The wait to check in for the appointment was reasonable. We were told they were very busy, but would tend to our vehicle as soon as possible. We let them know we would be waiting since it was for an oil change, tire rotation and Zactek warranty coating. We were never informed on the status of our vehicle. 2 1/2 hours later it was finally done. Of course they then wanted to up sell us on other work they "recommend", b... read more

Adviser I used left I don’t trust or believe advise given by new ones. I had been with P for many years.

poor customer servuce - missed dates - cost higher then quoted - naggged about buying a new vehicle contsantly. Off color comments aqbout politics

They do not keep there word. I was told that they would call about my warrnty but they never did.
