Service advisor is very good but my car still shaking and vibrating. Knowing my car has warranty bought it as a certified preown but did not know that I have to pay for changing its carbin filter and extra service for it if I want to do it.

Dropped my car off at 9:30am on a Saturday, never got a call or text or email that it was done, so I went back at 4:30 and they were closed. Since they’re closed on Sunday that meant I wouldn’t have access to my car until Monday. Unacceptable to not be contacted that my car was ready.

I have had a miserable experience working with this service department. I brought my 2018 Rogue in for CVT replacement with 4 codes. And after the transmission replacement, I got my car back and it drove even worse. I got my car on 08DEC23 and literally when I pulled down the street I called the service advisor, and he said I have to drive the car for a few days so it can "relearn" my driving pattern. Scammers! Zero Stars! Stay Away don't buy from them. This is by far my worst car buying experience with Pinnacle Nissan on frank llyod wright in Scottsdale, after not being able to sell the car they advertised, the sells men try to sell me a car that is outside the price range we agreed over the phone then proceeds to tell me I'll find you a cheaper car. My Armada has had issues since day one. The service department is not helpful. It's the same scenario every time. I have a list of issues, they take hours to look at it and 9/10 issues are dismissed. If this is "normal" for the Nissans I strongly recommend you buy a different vehicle.
