My Armada has had issues since day one. The service department is not helpful. It's the same scenario every time. I have a list of issues, they take hours to look at it and 9/10 issues are dismissed. If this is "normal" for the Nissans I strongly recommend you buy a different vehicle.

Beware of their Service Department! ! If I could rate a negative number I would. They had my Frontier in for a plugged up catalytic converter, which cost me $4,400 to replace. Shortly after getting my truck back the engine blew up. Scratched cylinder, need to replace the engine! Even the general manager didn't care to help me out. Wanted to sell me a cheap car. There are plenty of other places to go. Please be cautious.

This was the weirdest experience I have ever had buying a car. The salesman spent a huge portion of the time flirting with me. The use of the word "flirting" is generous and probably a massive understatement. I am sure that part of his goal was to get me to buy a car, but seriously this is fist and only time I've been told I was "sexy" while negotiating car prices. It was weird. If I could give a dealership negative stars, I would. Please avoid this dealership. Major FAIL........I purchased a BMW from this dealership in late Oct. Upon bringing the car home, I discovered several issues. First, it had a cracked rim for which I was told I shouldn't be driving on it by wheel specialist...Next, there was a seatbelt malfunction error that could not be corrected.... and last and worst of all, a ripped passenger seat. Do not attempt to buy used from here. We tried to buy a used Toyota carolla on Dec 15, 2022. We were told it was having some work done but we could pay then and test drive when it’s done and if we didn’t like it then get a refund. Well over a week later (instead of 1-2 days) we were told it was ready. Drove up to go test drive it and the oil light comes on. The absolute worst experience of a vehicle purchase I have ever had. The level of dishonesty that permeates throughout the establishment it utterly astonishing, even for a car dealership. Zero stars. Appalling. A sales associate for the dealer contacted my 20 year old son in reference to his listing for his 2008 BMW that he was selling and invited him to the dealership to assess a trade in and see if there was something on the lot that interested him.
