We had no problems regarding other employees at this dealership. However, when I spoke to the Sales Manager Mr. Luque on the phone regarding an issue at his dealership he came across as manipulative, condescending and arrogant. Maybe he had a bad day, but he came across as a smart xxx and I told him so. We had to go over his head to resolve our issue with the dealership. Others at the dealership were professional in every respect.

Business response:

On behalf of our team, we sincerely apologize that you had an unpleasant experience. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Please contact Anna Algiene at 480-339-7780 at your earliest convenience.

Reginald Poindexter reached out to me via email when he had seen I had been on their website. Midway Nissan had helped me obtain the vehicle that I wanted, which was owned by Pinnacle Nissan. The vehicle was actually listed on Peoria Nissan's website. I was short on time and called ahead to have the vehicle ready, and was assured it would be pulled up front and ready when I arrived. When I arrived, I learned that the car was not at Peoria Nissan, it was actually at Pinnacle Nissan. Well, 4 weeks prior I had purchased a car f... read more

My buying experience was fine. My car was fine. The solicitation for the last three years has been unbearable. After Numerous attempts to get them to stop calling and emailing for Solicitation , I finally filed a complaint today with the Federal Trade Commission. The sad part, I would have purchased again from them. They never let us. I have since moved to another brand.

Business response:

Jason, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. It's important that we update our records immediately. Please contact Anna Algiene at 480-339-7780 at your earliest convenience.

So this is tough to rate performance because Mitch is a great salesman. So I would give Mitch 5 Stars and finance 0 stars which equals 2.5. For the dealership I have to give 1 star because the overall experience was ruined by the Shady side of the business. Nothing to do with Mitch, He knows how to build rapport, he negotiates in the right way, he tries to fight for the dealer side (which he should) & doesn’t take it personal when you fight for your wallet. I will say the AD car price should simply be the AD car price but th... read more

Women Buyers Be Aware of TOXIC Masculinity! I read that women buy 54% of cars in the US and influence 85% of the vehicle purchase decisions. Yet, most women, including myself, dread the car buying experience because women are often ignored, patronized and just plainly ripped off. Even informed and savvy women often receive different treatment from men and have a harder time getting what they want. Even though more women are obtaining a bachelor's degree and higher than men (36% compared to 28% according to a report released ... read more

I am 73 yrs. old and my husband is 86. No ethics or integrity when it comes to dealing with seniors. Shameful and predatory conduct.

Avoid This dealership like Covid-19 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱-𝟭𝟵 - Do not take your vehicle here for 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, I called Pinnacle Nissan and spoke to 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐢 in the service department about my vehicle getting hot. I let him know that it is running at 240 degrees and he said it is normal. I let him know that normal operating temperature is 185-205 and he argued with me saying that 240 degree is not overheating and it is norm... read more

No integrity. Sales misleads then does’t return phone calls. Vehicles are fine but this dealer is below norms for honest and fair dealing. Do not recommend.
