Bait and Switch Verbal deal on 2020 Kicks SR agreed to with Sales Manager Cory and confirmed by text with Stephanie for specified payment and term of 72 months. When my wife I arrived at the dealer, Tristan and Stephanie had changed the terms to 84 months. My very disappointed wife and I got up and left. Worst car buying experience I've had in 47 years. They have a sales manager named Jack, whose picture does not appear, who is a rude, pompous xxx, has no customer skills, attempted a bait and switch on a car not on the lot, then neglected to follow up with the deal in the absence of the salesman (Mitch). A huge disappointment - do not buy from this dealership! Do not buy from this Dealership. I was a serious buyer from Los Angeles, I got in touch with a sales man named Mark Bova and a Manager Called Alex Sanchez and begun the process to purchase a Nissan Armada. I filled out 2 applications, they ran my wife credit and even gave him my credit card numbers to complete the purchase. Buyers beware If I could give a zero rating I would, that being said the sales manager doing the negotiating with me was a joke. I was was trading in a Chevy Colorado and I was looking for a Nissan Titan. They wanted me to test drive before they would show me numbers. So I did and they came to me with a number of the cost of the truck was 48 k(remember that number) and I laughed at them and told them stop wasting my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP This is not a good dealership. They don't fulfill their commitments and promises. The dealership sales people will lie to you and try to grab as much money from you as possible while selling a car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP BUYER BEWARE! Don't blame me if you purchase from these liars and get burned. Visit to buy New Car I have been to pinnacle Nissan scottsdale dealer to buy new car. So i interacted 3 people ( i think they have come as hierarchy) on that day and the 3 rd representative who came in last ( must be senior of those 2) was so rude and mannerless.
