When I ask 'is ZakTek optional' and I'm told 'no' by both Robert and Eddie, that is a lie and it is fraudulent practice by legal definition. My contract clearly states that I am NOT required to purchase ANY additional add ons. So GFY Eddie ????
Average customer service. Over-priced service. Ridiculous service charges. Enough said. This is yet another example.
I purchased a new vehicle from you and didn't receive what I paid for Overpromised
Slimeball dealership. They refused to give me their best price unless I came to the dealership. Other local dealerships didn't play this game. Pinnacle Nissan lost my business.
Adrian was excellent. I don't think it is right that I have to pay $460 for a transmission and brake flush and then $53 on top of those service charges to dispose of the fluids. Service took too long.

I returned 3 times after apparently fix the issue, charged me $2400 I've gone back because the issue in my car still not fixed, the last 2 time that I went back I had to pay 600 and 700 more, and now 2 days later the check engine light is back on, that means that after paying just a little over 3500 in a month what ever parts that apparently changed is not right, paid 3500 for not fixing the issue is a joke, nissan service is noth trusted, I feel that was a ripped off, very disappointed

Do not buy mpp. First they dont do proper procedure. Then they shrug off lousy job ! Hot then paint protection deal 399$. Dont buy they dont know how to do! Buried bugs under sealant now three estimates later cheapest being 1,100$ ! Dint clean properly. Have pics. Of course they want me to give another chance🤪 cant do right first time why. I would just a soon get my 399$ back and maybe the money to correct. That would be another’s decision

Brought car in because hood lifters failed…. . Waited in waiting room for 2hrs for someone to come and tell me what it would cost and how long it would take….I finally went to repair desk and they said it wasn’t finished … but it needs some other.things ….why didn’t anyone come and talk to me after they took it into repair? Disappointed in Service desk… Call me if you want to discuss this rating!

If you check my service record notice that only couple time I have bring my vehicle there for service since 2023,due bad service, but take you more attempt priority to UPSELLING.
