I feel like cheated ;( Hi, I bought a car from this dealer in March 2015. I signed the papers and went to get the loan. My loan provider informed me there is an accident reported on the carfax. I went back to dealer asking them why they said everything is good with car if it has accident reported. I rather buy a BMW Holy cow! Where to start?! This place is full of nothing but dishonest lowlife sales weenies. I believe Pinnacle Nissan systematically charges customers for unwanted, undisclosed, and undelivered items, burying them within undecipherable documents or not listing them at all.
