Pinnacle Infiniti/Nisson personnel were very helpful in every way. I have purchased many cars over the years. (40) I can say, without reservation, that this dealership met and surpassed every concern we had. I would recommend Pinnacle Infiniti/Nissan without hesitation.
I WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND TO PINNACLE NISSAN. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A NEW CAR. I WAS NOT SURE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I WENT IN AND CHRIS SHOWED ME MANY DIFFERENT CARS THAT WERE IN MY BUDGET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
I am very disappointed in Pinnacle Nissan’s response to fulfilling their contract and every time I call to ask when they are gonna complete it I get no response if this is your way of customer service, I will never recommend or use you again

We bought my daughter’s used car from you one month ago in February. We brought it in yesterday because it has been stalling on her (as in the middle of intersections!!) The service technicians were unhelpful and dismissive. While we did not get the extended warranty, after only 1 month, it should still be covered for some tech service, as we were told “to just bring it in if you have any issues”. When I walk into a service department, I really value working with a consultant who has a strong understanding of the vehicle. I appreciate the mechanic’s work and I’m grateful for the inspection and the video - those were helpful. I do have some questions, though. I was very disappointed with my salesman and the dealership itself I purchased this vehicle online without seeing the vehicle and when it was delivered to me the vehicle was not detailed was very dirty so unprofessional and I have tried calling to speak with a manager and they just put me off without any response so very disappointing and not good customer service at all
It doesn't deserve to be in business! All departments are set to fleece the public. The sales department doesn't keep it's promises to provide missing and owed new car equipment. Finance falsifies contract documents and challenges you to catch them. It even takes several requests even a week after the sale to get copies of the documents. The Service Department completed a a pre-delivery inspection missing damaged tire that should have been replaced. When confronted with it they were arrogant and combative. Charles was very helpful and provided me with a lot of great information about the car but he did not share with me a $400 cost. Robert was very good at his job as a sales manager, but was unable to remove the $400 fee.
