They are crooks This dealership is a blight on Nissan. They don’t honor the factory warranty, they didn’t offer 24 hour roadside on a brand new vehicle, when the vehicle came in for the fifth time for repairs they said they would make it right, they offered me $6000 less than the value of the vehicle. Horrible experience each and every visit I have been to this dealership over 4 times to get one issue fixed. The sales team is extremely pushing and they will hassle you to death! The service team is absolutely worthless. The sales advisors cater to the white customers. They act as they are too busy and too good to service the black clients. This was the last straw. Bait and Switch Financing The sales guy I dealt with was great. The finance department was absolutely awful. Complete bait and switch financing! I will never do any kind of business with these guys again.
Had to pay for something that I didn’t cause Had too many bad experiences with this dealership . And this very last one set it all straight that this place and management does not care and are horrible. I would type all of my bad experiences but it’s just way too much . Too bad I can’t give zeros And too bad I can’t just give the car back and go somewhere else .
Don't go here!!!! Our entire experience with Pinnacle Nissan has been a nightmare. We were drawn to the dealership because of their advertised price on their website for a used Jeep Patriot. They jacked up the "out the door" price by over $2500 for what they claimed were already applied upgrades that could not be removed (paint protection, tinted windows, door guard, blah blah blah). Fraud all the way around at the tent sale We bought two different vehicles both contracts were written incorrectly charged us way too much then the agreed-upon price sales manager said he works with stupid people told me not to listen anybody the finance manager was eating food and trying to talk to me change the numbers without letting us now basically said I was stupid. They'll Try To Rob you I am a female who went in by herself and they not only spoke to me like I was incompetent and unintelligent but they life to me multiple times about deals they had to offer and would go back on everything they said. I even had another sales manager over the phone call their New Car Manager Gabe out on his lies and they continue to badger me. I told them repeatedly they were making me uncomfortable and then they got aggressive! Don't trust them!
