Dishonest Manager And Sales Man I went to the dealership after a follow up call from the service manager on an inquiry of a SUV. On the phone the sales manager sounded very honest and professional, both of those were not accurate!! I gave him and his sales person information about what I was looking to do in reference to trade in, down payment and finance. Lack of attention to detail I had my 2016 Nissan Altima in on 3/8 for oil change and to have a warranty part replaced and found that there was a recall on my back doors which they replaced as well. On 3/14, I had to take my car back in as it wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. I called and asked the service advisor if it would be replaced under warranty and was a possibility. Dropped the ball I purchased a $58,000 Titan and realized after about a week that a trim piece was missing from the inside door handle. I stopped by the service center to report it missing and get a new one. The parts guy scanned my VIN number and said he would order it and they would contact me. Around a month later, I called and the parts guy was not available but they would leave him a message. Horrible Customer Service! Was told we would be paying a "little more" for a pearl white vehicle. Fine! Received "glacier white". Finance dept DOES NOT return calls. Vince is service was the only normal person we came in contact with. Everyone else was shady and not helpful!

not helpful did not enjoy my visit was not helpful and not knowledgeable and was just unfriendly person I would not recommend and I think he should not be working there

Unprofessional and unethical One star is more than they deserve. They are liars, manipulative, can't keep employees long enough to keep up their end of the bargains. When they run your credit, they'll only show you one of the "12" they actually pull. That day I pulled my credit prior to going and it was MUCH higher on using the main three credit score checks. No follow through I purchased a Certified Pre-owned vehicle on July 30. Was traveling thru from Texas on a 3 week vacation. The auto is equipped with Navigation system for which there was not an operating manual available. The salesman, Terry Roach, promised he would have one sent to me. Several weeks ago he told me this again. Today is October 11 , 2 and 1/2 months later and still NO NAVIGATION OPERATING MANUAL. Problems with the system that I need the book to figure out. Car pricing This guy has the nerve to add on 6,500 for tax, title, and license for a car listed for 10,000. Do not work with him if at all possible.

More to come Information to come. I have removed the review I posted originally and I plan to attempt to resolve issues with the dealership and I will provide a complete review once I know whether resolution attempts are successful.
