The worst property management company. Our shower has leaked into the basement ceiling for months. They send people out but have not fixed the problem. It is growing mold and we can't get anyone to fix it. They only care about getting paid and not taking care of their properties.

We have lived here for 3 months now and have had nothing but problems. Back when we were waiting to move we needed to be out of where we were an entire month before we would have the keys to this place. So I was on top of it emailing and calling. They refused to let us move in early and sent me an entire scope of things needed to be done PRIOR to our move in date. These were major things so we were okay with it. Very very very unprofessional on getting things done in a timely manner as far as maintenance is concerned. Everything is "we are talking to this team or that that team" or " we will call you back and never do.

BEWARE, SAFETY HAZARDS. To start, we found an electrical box on the outside wall of our home with open wires touching insulation. Later, our home flooded from the floor of the second story and ceiling of the first story during freezing winter storms. The flood damaged the kitchen and dining room ceilings, kitchen cabinets, trim, drawers, and three different types of flooring (wood, tile, and carpet) in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Zero Stars. These people will nickel and dime you all the way to the bank. Unnecessary fees on top of unnecessary fees. Extremely unresponsive, payment portal is terrible. Also, good luck getting your deposit back, we left the home we were renting in better shape than before we moved in and they charged us $1,200 for cleaning fee which we already paid for. This company is terrible, please avoid at all costs.

I don't understand how they're accredited. 2 months we went without a refrigerator. 2.5 months we had a giant leak and hole in our ceiling above our bed(I'm sure the leaking asbestos was great). We've paid for 6 months of trash service, it's ran 2 times. So around $58 per trash pickup. We've had trash sitting in our garage for months(probably hasn't helped my finances sinus infection for 3 weeks ago that won't go away). One star is even too much for this company. I am a professional and work 10-12 hours a day as does my husband. We choose a rental through this company because they were offering option to buy, however- it has been a nightmare and we have only been in our house for two months. These people are impossible to get ahold of, when you call you are on hold for 20 minutes to an hour then you get someone who cannot help you and say they are transferring you to someone who can and you are on hold another 20 minutes then get hung up on... read more

I moved out , left the property in great shape. The dishwasher worked the whole time I was in the property. They said it wouldn't start , they had no proof of it not working but they replaced the dishwasher without having a repairman come out. They charged me $750 without contacting me. They will not return emails or have any one return calls. They are very unprofessional. Very disappointed with this company ripping me off.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM I thought it would be a great experience. The company was always willing to be helpful and answer all my questions. The customer service was top-notch UNTIL.... I signed the rental lease. After that everything went downhill. They had 45 days to get the house "move-in ready" as they call it. when we moved in the house was nowhere near move-in ready. Tile falling off in the bathroom shower.
