Stay away from this company! They told us we had to clean carpets, windows and touchup all paint upon moveout but none of that was done before we moved in! Plus my lease is paid through the 15 of December but since I moved out in November we cannot get access to the property anymore, not even to retrieve my mail or packages. They already changed the locks and will not let us back in. Every time we needed service it took multiple trips to fix things and the house was a pig sty when we moved in. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are absolute scammers and deserve to be uncredited from the BBB. After submitting a home application they gave me the run around for a week and then on the move-in day told us the property was taken. No one we talked to had any idea of what was going on. When asked for a manager they responded they were either in a meeting or at lunch. When said they would give a call back we never received one. save your money and time a look elsewhere.

Scammers, the lot of them. Billed me via my security deposit for existing damage and "waste disposal" that was there prior to move in and documented on their website. The worst property management company I've ever dealt with. If you ever have the unfortunate event of having to deal with these people, I feel sorry for you.

Just moved into a house and this is our management company. Our experience with them has not been good. We are out so much money cleaning and repairing things in this house. Things that should have been done before moving in. The kitchen wasn't so dirty, it wasn't liveable. Not to mention, we paid to have things painted prior to move-in and they didn't finish. We cannot get anyone to respond to any of this. This isn't right. Very unacceptable.

They legitimately refuse to acknowledge I no longer live there. They continue to send me HOA violations and balance owed reminders despite several attempts to remove my name from the address after leaving. They absolutely will not under any circumstances even acknowledge my existence unless I owe them money. While I lived there, I reported my fridge being broken, something that they are required by law to fix within 72 hours and they never once even acknowledged it. I have been inside my town home less than a week and am here to say....DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!! I have broken equipment, including my front door and when you fill out service request, they just close it and the problem goes away....even though no one even came out to see issue. They hide behind internet access and figure they can wait you out in frustration with issues. DO NOT LEASE FROM PATHLIGHT....IF YOU DO, I WARNED YOU!

I think this company is a lie and they take your money. I moved in this home July 3rd 2021, I was thinking everything was great until I had to deal with this company called conservice they deal with your utility bill. Before I moved I had tried to have my gas turned on after I had paid the deposits. I tried online too turn my gas on ( it said no address found ) then I stayed on the phone with the gas company until I could talk to someone at the gas company that was July 2, 2021 so the lady had to Google for the address then ... read more

We have been a long term tenant of Pathlight Property. We have had a freezer/fridge leaking for over 90 days and still no solution to that. I have to call weekly for updates. I understand that parts are hard to come by but at this point the fridge should be replaced. ALSO! on August 12th while we were out of town, there was a leak w/ our sprinkler system and the water company reached out to Pathlight "several times over 48 hours" about this and it took Pathlight over 2 days to get a maintenance person out there to shut it of... read more

Since I have to select at least one star, which I hate to do because they don't deserve ANY! We are trying to warn people in advance. Look at the reviews!!! I cannot begin to explain the horror of dealing with this company. This is seriously unexplainable! They don't care about anything but rent payments, period! I suggest if you're considering business with Home Partners of American, don't. This is their management company and they could care less about how they handle their tenants. It's like being romanced by the enemy.
