Pathlight property management is a pseudo entity. They are used to make LLC issues go away. The company should be outlawed and closed. They are not customer friendly and do not respond to legal inquiries. I would give this company negative stars if possible. They never return calls and will even hang up on you if you hold on long enough. This company is everything that's wrong with America. This company is the absolute worst!! First, they forced me to take occupancy of a home on 6/5/21, when it wasn't going to be "ready" (paint & rugs) until after 6/11/21. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice because I had to find a place to live. However, because I was renting the home sight-unseen, I had to rely on ***************** to make sure the work was being done. This *****company gets a big fat 0 from me!!!!!! We applied yesterday and got declined today by email!!!!! SERIOUSLY I HAVE 720 Credit!!!!!! After paying $90 for shit!!!!! After reading these awfully horrific sad reviews PATHLIGHTIS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY'S I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I totally agree with these negative reviews!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. NEVER use this company. Hours of my time wasted. Phone numbers provided were not answered or reached scams. The email they listed to contact was not valid. No way to get ahold of them, not sure if the company exists. Was scammed out of 90 dollars. This should be refunded.

I am disgusted with this company. We sold our house and was looking for a rental place in the same county. Well, we entered into a rental contract with Pathlight and I'm sick as to how they DO NOT handle business. We are in a house that was unkept. First, one of the a/c units was deteriorated. The handler needs fixing and had a huge hole in it. (one person said that when it was being serviced, a HUGE hole was left in it!) This made the air think it needed to activate the HEATER. If I could give negative stars, I would. Have had nothing, but issues with Pathlight for 5 years. First, they promised the windows would be replaced because they were leaking and past due to be replaced, before move in. Never happened. There were also many broken things not fixed/replaced before move in. We had a slider door's frame pop a part from stress caused by the swing of temperatures 2 years ago. This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life! My family has been outside since Friday August 6th. It's now the 10th. They don't respond, or give straight answers. They took our money in July. This is a rent to own property, but apparently they never had a rental license. Can't figure out how that works! Asked for a refund, & they told me three to five weeks.
