If i could give a zero star or negative star rating I would. Pathlight took my money for an app to a home that was already leased. They failed to disclose that. So they never pulled credit or did anything just took my money. I asked for a refund now mind you I was hounding them for 2 weeks to get info on app status with very little response. I submitted an application and was told that the property I applied for is unavailable and another person is leasing it. Not only do they have my personal information and my money for the application but trying to get someone to answer the phone has been unsuccessful and their entire applications department must be on vacation. Not only do I have concerns as a potential tenant, but I see no responses or resolutions offered to complaints on this site from the company. I've followed up on a property twice now after paying $90 to apply for it. We were told the day after we applied that they accepted another application and to reply with any questions. When I first reached out I got immediate responses, as soon as they got the money they stopped replying. I'll be cautious to work with Pathlight moving forward.

Slum landlords. I cannot say enough bad about them. The house was in horrible condition when we moved in and I would have moved right back out if they would have given me my money back so I could. Rat droppings everywhere, old food in the cabinets, flooded and filthy dishwasher. Now they are wanting me to pay a plumbing bill but refuse to give me an invoice. Just sends me email after email saying pay. They won't even say why they will not give me an invoice. Do not rent from these people they are horrible

If I could a less rating then I would. Back in February I applied at this company. I had a realtor. My application was denied because of the type dog I have. I was then told by my realtor that she will see if they will refund the money. The rep for that particular was Lani A. She advised that it will be refunded and it will take 7-10 bus days. I still yet to receive my refund. I was then told that the breed restrictions has been lifted and I can apply again to another house. I declined. They are demonstrating shady business ... read more

I can't leave a 0 so I had to leave a 1. I have had mold growing in my rental house bathroom for 2+ months and they didn't even try to do anything about it I had to call almost everyday till someone came out and cleaned it. I'm guessing it's going to be another two plus months until someone comes out and puts it the bathroom back together. My kitchen light also doesn't work. Guess what? Worst company in the world. Just got a lawyer to go after these people! They will screw you over any chance they get. Been with out ac for 2 weeks here in Florida and they still haven't fixed it!! We have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in!! This company even stole power from the power company. We have all evidence to show that before we even moved in! They had to pay a fee to the power company. Pathlight is TERRIBLE

I have lived in our house for 3 years. I have called the maintenance department at least 150 times over not having ac in our house . Last summer our home was without air in the hottest 3 months of the summer & I have 4 children in my home. Because our house has 2 ac units .. one upstairs & one down we basically were told to deal with it bc we still had a working ac in our home. I'm not one to usually complain about services, however I have to say this is the worst company to deal with. Lack of customer service and never return my calls. I continually get charges for not knowing I have to switch utilities because they never give you a heads up. I'm in the military and you can be sure I will be spreading the word to stay clear of this company!
