The issue is that the lights that are located in the front of the house are not working. The front lights are bubbling with water in the fixture. This is dangerous because water and electricity don't mix. So, this means this is a danger to my family and I. This was a problem before we moved into the property. After several issues back and forth, some resolved and some not - unfortunately our final moment came when we received our security deposit disposition. They just charged us over 2 GRAND for an insufficient notice fee when we had to revise ours from 60 to 30 days. And we have email proof from them and a MANAGER saying that they wouldn't charge any fees (we asked to cover our grounds). I applied for a rental Feb 23rd and was contingently approved on March 1, 2021 with on my income needing to be verified. I had sent proof of income in on the same day of the application and several times after that. I called for 4 days until I could get someone to find out was going on with my application because I had relocated from St. Louis, MO to the Orlando, FL area with the intention of moving in the the rental on the 11th of March 2021. I moved in over a year ago as a rental. The customer service it absolutely by far the worst company ever to deal with. They never call you back. I am still waiting from a call back from 10/15/20 about a garbage disposal that they charged me for and said it was broken, The Maintenance tech pushed the red button on the disposal and charge me over $335 for something that was never broken but blatantly lied and it was faulty wiring and a dime in the disposal. Awful company. You have to harass them to get repairs completed, including ones that are a hazard to your health (mold for ex). Their internal communication is awful. No one knows what is going on and you never get the same answer. They violate your rights as a tenant. I would stay away from this company.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Home we rented for a year was very neglected. We constantly had repair people there that weren't very good because they pay repair people very little - you get what you pay for. They would have 3 -5 different repair people come and would go with whoever was the cheapest, or said they could fix something they really couldn't. Corrupt Horrible company to do business with, I can't believe with all the bad reviews, they have not been shut down, or at least seriously fined. Is there a class action suit against Pathlight, if so I want in.

Pathlight Property Management (PPM) is a scam. They expect renters to sign a lease with the home NOT being in habitable conditions. They over inflate their rental prices. A quality home bears that market rate, not a home in disrepair. We have toured 3 PPM homes and one of them the neighbors put a sign on the door saying the home has been vandalized. 2 of the homes reeked of mold smells in the house. Quite possibly the shadiest and predatory I have ever seen in the many years I have dedicated to working in real estate. They cost my clients upwards of $40,000 in their purchase by overpricing the home and refusing to negotiate the price to the value once teh appraisal came in. The client is a service connected disabled veteran as well. It saddens me to see how our nations warriors are so openly taken advantage of. Please heed the warning and do not use this company.
