I agree with all the comments posted with the one-star reviews, our experience was similar with little to no human contact available. Poor responses to any maintenance issues and they refused to fix a built-inn microwave/vent/light appliance so we had to buy another to replace. They locked us out of their portal May 1st, drilled out our lock on May 1st, and the locksmith helped himself to our belongings. Police are still trying to get in touch with them... also with no luck. Run away - if you can.

Absolutely horrible!! They'll never fix anything on the property and claim its tenants responsibility. Even a 30ft tree that was there before you moved in and you can't take care yourself, you will have to pay out of pocket on top of rent that raises every year. Customer service has no clue and completely ill informed. They kept giving me run around for weeks. Do not rent from this company!! They care only about the money and not the people who pay them.

Pathlight Management is by far the worst management company I have ever been involved with. We had to rent a house quickly due to a short close on our current home. I went through the link completed all the information. Made sure they got their money, not once during this process would they return an email or phone call. We've been renting from Pathlight for seven months now and would recommend staying far away from this company. We discovered a water leak outside the house (for the irrigation system) a few days after moving in. I shut off the line but was told by Pathlight that they would not fix it since it's outside the home but we could feel free to fix it ourselves. I spent $250 to have someone come out and replace the busted piping just so we could run the irrigation system and not get dinged by the HOA for a dead yard. We ran the wate... read more

RUN RUN RUN away from this company. Do NOT rent from them. The most horrible experience with them from the moment I signed a lease and now waiting on my security deposit refund that is supposed to be coming in the mail. The amount is not correct, can't access portal because they lock you out....to find out why the amount is $700 short. Not happy with Pathlight Property management company. I agree with the other reviews they are very robotic no one to address your concerns. The people answering the phone are just dispatchers who will just email you a ticket so that you can email the department you want. They just give you the run around and no one will talk to you. They are not experiencing delays because of COVID that's just an excuse they have always had slow response time and no human to talk to. I first thought that this was an ok company. We have been in our house now since June and have not been able to unpack yet. I have several times requested for someone in management to call me to discuss problems and have no return calls. The maintenance department just hires anyone that will take the job at the lowest price and it is very poor quality and very unprofessional. I would Absolutely Not Recommend this company at all! This is the WORST company to deal with, I have been getting the run-around for a year and a half from my maintenance manager Ron'Derrik ******* over several issues and have had no-results. Just when I thought things were going to get fixed their contractors have come through and tore out my shower but nothing has been put back in and its been over a month. Absolutely horrible. Poor responses to problems and robotic --. No human to even talk to. We rented while building a home but will never rent again nor recommend the horrible landlord to anyone.
