I found the entire staff at Platinum to be friendly and accommodating. The under-car video summarization of the inspection is good for transparency, and it allows the mechanic to directly communicate the details directly with the customer. The service advisor worked with me to make a service plan that fit my needs. Once agreed upon the service was performed promptly. Professional service is what I want and that I got.

Yesterday was my 6th time bringing my car for service at Platinum VW Hicksville. I must say the work done here has always been efficient and reliable. Unlike other autoshops that I’ve visited in the past, service advisor Steve F. is very knowledgeable and helpful.
