Nathan handled all my concerns especially the airbag recall & a problem key. He was patient taking the time to explain thoroughly what was needed now & what to watch for the future. They found a fan problem (via the codes). They were courteous, professional, & prompt in getting the car done. Very happy with the service!

The check in was great. Steven helped me. I was getting picked up at 1:30 to fly out for a month for work. He knew that and called at 11:30. Perfect able to get car home and leave. My negative is he ignored me when came to pick up. Told guy get the blue ca r but did not look at me or say hi. It was really rude ended a great experience badly.
