Yesterday was my 6th time bringing my car for service at Platinum VW Hicksville. I must say the work done here has always been efficient and reliable. Unlike other autoshops that I’ve visited in the past, service advisor Steve F. is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always takes time to explain things about the performance of my car and only recommends maintenance that’s needed to stay on my budget. Arrived 40 minutes late for my appointment. Brought a 10% coupon that the representative acknowledged but forgot to include for the transaction. I had to remind him that I showed it to him previously. After rewriting the paperwork, the receipt showed my coupon was included.
