Arrived 40 minutes late for my appointment. Brought a 10% coupon that the representative acknowledged but forgot to include for the transaction. I had to remind him that I showed it to him previously. After rewriting the paperwork, the receipt showed my coupon was included.
Overall a satisfying experience. I was upset when upon arrival I was told the service garage was backed up, and I might have to wait a while. This was 8 30 in the morning. How could that be? Regardless, my routine maintenance was completed in less than 3 hours. The staff were very polite and professional, especially Nathan, and also Dave from parts.
