Arrived 40 minutes late for my appointment. Brought a 10% coupon that the representative acknowledged but forgot to include for the transaction. I had to remind him that I showed it to him previously. After rewriting the paperwork, the receipt showed my coupon was included.

Overall a satisfying experience. I was upset when upon arrival I was told the service garage was backed up, and I might have to wait a while. This was 8 30 in the morning. How could that be? Regardless, my routine maintenance was completed in less than 3 hours. The staff were very polite and professional, especially Nathan, and also Dave from parts. My only complaint relates to the waiting area. Other dealers have coffee, snacks, and water in their waiting area.. Here at Platinum, the waiting area is small, no snacks, with u... read more

The service was complete and thorough. Everyone was nice and efficient. I recommend Platinum Volkswagen when I speak to others. More efficient than any of the other Volkswagen dealerships I’ve been to.
