One word AWFUL! I should of gone with my gut and not eaten here. Hostess is confused and wait staff is deplorable!!!! Limited menu, and you don’t have all the options for people. What food they had was terrible!!! I will NEVER EVER eat or recommend this to anyone! Don’t go—matter of fact run to the food court!

Think the hostess needs to work on her service and hospitality skills. I find it very odd that patrons feel like they can't enjoy a beverage before their reservation. She wasn't pleasant at all. Also we ordered a $400 bottle of wine. I asked to have it decanted. One would think a Somm would come over to ensure the bottle was showing as intended. Wine went right into decanted and NEVER poured for us. We poured our own wine. Our experience at Portico used to be top notch. Definitely has gone downhill.

45 minute wait for appetizers, scotch sour made with jack daniels, horrible acoustics. Not the same as it was.

I had to order something I really didn't want because you ran out of meatballs so I couldn't get pasta and meatballs had to settle for something else. The claims casino special wasn't very good. I had to take the claims out of the shell and only six little ones. My date wanted garden salad, but you didn't have it. So, she had to get Caesar Lettice. Plus took way too long to get the food.

Understaffed on a concert night. Led to unacceptable wait times for food and drink, even with a reservation. Food was very sub-par for the price point.

The waitress told us she couldn't serve us bread because it was still frozen. The salads tasted dirty, like the lettuce wasn't washed, the steaks had no flavor at all. We were very disappointed.

The WORST dining experience we have ever had at any restaurant in all of our dining experiences combined. Order placed as soon as we sat down, made it known we had a show at 8pm and were told it was not a problem. Fast forward almost an hour and a half still no food. We asked for to go boxes with fear of missing the show we were there for and were told it was being boxed up. We waited 20 minutes and said the food still wasn’t ready. Eaten here many times, always a good experience. Not this time. 7:15, reservations, checked in at 6:55, told to come back as they were seating right on time. Bar was 3/4 empty but she said no seats available to sit at bar and wait. Came back at 7:15, seated right away. Restaurant half empty. Entrees were brought before finished with appetizers, had to juggle plates at table. Food not eaten, calamari greasy, caesar salad lettuce bitter tasting. They did take them off the bill but still….

Ordered an appetizer, never received it. Entrees came and then were asked if we wanted the appetizer still and we declined since we had our entrees. They took it off the bill and offered a dessert on the house. We were out of water for a while and never asked if we wanted more. The bolognese was bland not flavorful at all. Won’t be back for sure.
