The staff at the front desk was very rude. I had a reservation and they advised since I was early I would have to wait, however, they sat the couple in front of us immediately with no reservation. When I made a comment about the fact he sat them and not us we were sat. I told him we were going to the 7 show and were hoping to get in a few minutes earlier to enjoy our meals. I did not feel accommodated and was irritated I was treated that way

Ordered cheese fritters as appetizer and they were good. Boyfriend disappointed in the Veal Parmigiana-fatty pieces and not very flavorful. I ordered steak with frites. The steak needed salt-didn’t seem seasoned at all, but the fries were good. Waitress was friendly enough but nothing special. Just expected a higher level of dining experience as this is the only “formal” option at the casino.

Where to start?? Let me say simply "one and done". Took wife there for our New Years Anniversary, and in short it was an awful experience. Let's start with the menu, we were not told that there was a standard menu, so what went there for was not an option. Next came drinks, I ordered an $8 Seagrams and 7 up, what I got was a 7 up. Next came appetizers, I had the shrimp cocktail, which was the only good part of the meal. The service was poor. The food overpriced. No one is careful about allergies. My meal was swimming in the one item I reported as a serious food allergy. The manager was uninterested and indifferent. This was the second time this happened at this restaurant. We were very disappointed.

We made a 5PM reservation, since we had tickets to see John Cleese at 7PM, thinking two hours would be plenty of time, and Portico still made us late for the performance. First off, our appetizers were served before our drink order was brought out. This is a major restaurant faux pas and my wife had to get up and ask about the whereabouts of our drink order. Service was slow. Fall Cobb salad was good and so was lobster Mac n cheese but chicken entree wasn’t good. Not worth the price for quality of food and service.

The food was extremely salty! We ordered soup, salad, sides, two entrees and everything tasted terrible because of the extreme salt. Spoke with manager who was apologetic but had no answers. Friends told us they visited 4 days earlier and had a terrible meal. We asked what was the issue, and to our surprise, they said their meal was ruined by so much salt on everything.
