Always have dinner there and always order the same thing…twin lobster tails and filet mignon for me. Ordered my filet medium rare and it was well done (not even a little pink in the center). First time that happened to me. Wife’s lobster tails were perfect as usual. Mr. Ernest Orlando
I arrived at 6:45 and needed to leave by 8:00. Sitting at the bar, I ordered the onion soup which was very good and sea bass which I never got. At 7:40 I told the bartender I needed to leave for a meeting at 8. She frowned. I told her I would take it to go. She goes to the kitchen, comes back and says they are finishing it up. I left less than 5 minutes before 8 without the entree. Went for our anniversary and they completely ruined the night. Service was so bad we ended up taking food to go and it was garbage by the time it got back to the room. These people have no idea how to operate a business.
Honestly that might have been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Waited so long for appetizer that waitress eventually just brought our salads. Salads ended up being best part of meal. Appetizer when it eventually came was good but not great. Entree’s took 1 hour and ten minutes and were awful. Wife’s pasta was like glue. They gave me the old el dante cop out. I heard so many good things about it and I was extremely disappointed. There was a very limited menu due to a show that evening and I was not aware. The food that was served was cold and not cooked well.
My guest and I were among the first few customers. I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated in the requested area. The waitress, Jude, was very polite and asked about the occasion that we were celebrating. She soon returned with 1/2 flute a champagne for each of us. We were seated at about 6:50 pm and the waitress ( Olivia) took our order pretty quickly. When she brought bread and water she said that our order was in. We proceeded to sit until 8:00 ...no entrees arrived. She said she'd check on it but never came back to report. Tables around us that had arrived after us all received their food .
