With reservations they seated us at a table near the bathroom. We asked for a booth & they said they could not accommodate us. Everything is ala carte, disappointing. After ordering we waited 1 hour to get our meal with no explanation. The food was mediocre.
The service was less than poor. The server forgot several items. Two of our guest has soup and both said it was room temp.
Upon making my reservation on OpenTable the reservation detailed that a special was available at the time of my reservation for discounted drinks and appetizers. This was one of the options chosen under specials listed on OpenTable. Our server was very unprofessional and disorganized. Our drink order was forgotten. The room was very loud which made it difficult to communicate. The food was not presented well. I had the salmon and is very salty . The lobster bisque was delicious!

I've dined at Portico a few times, with good experiences in the past, but it had been some time since our last visit. Our evening started with a wait in line at the host station, wherein we heard the hostess advise the couple in front of us, with an attitude barely glancing up from her ipad, that they needed to know the reason for their delay was because the restaurant was very busy and she didn’t want to overload any of the servers. Service was very slow, we had a 645 reservation, seated at 630. Our food didn’t arrive to our table till 730. We were going to see the 8pm show at the Vine. Bread was never offered to us either. Waitress was pleasant. We had to get to go boxes because we had to eat what we could before getting to our show. Then found out we couldn’t take them in to the show so we had to throw them away. We were not happy since we spent that much money on them.
DINNER STARTED WELL DOWNHILL AFTER THE WINE. PRIME RIB COOKED RIGHT BUT WAS COOL NO STEAK KNIVES HAD TO REQUEST THEM DID NOT REMOVE THE APPETIZER PLATES JUST SEEMED DISORGANIZED. FORGOT THE IRISH COFFE FOR DESSERT AND THEN IT WAS TEPID AND AFTER PAYING BILL SAW WE WERE CHARGED FOR 3 BOTTLES OF WINE BUT ONLY HAD TWO
We went to dinner with friends all our steaks were wrong.. Two of us ordered the garlic and herb butter sauce and they came with Gorgonzola. My husbands prime rib was to have Gorgonzola and it had the garlic butter... Our friend ordered the strip steak and was brought out the skirt steak.... They NEVER apologized they took out drinks and sides off the bill.... So we each still payed $100 for the wrong food... Our waitress Sara I believe was her name was awful obviously overwhelmed...
