Honestly that might have been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Waited so long for appetizer that waitress eventually just brought our salads. Salads ended up being best part of meal. Appetizer when it eventually came was good but not great. Entree’s took 1 hour and ten minutes and were awful. Wife’s pasta was like glue. They gave me the old el dante cop out. I heard so many good things about it and I was extremely disappointed. There was a very limited menu due to a show that evening and I was not aware. The food that was served was cold and not cooked well.

My guest and I were among the first few customers. I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated in the requested area. The waitress, Jude, was very polite and asked about the occasion that we were celebrating. She soon returned with 1/2 flute a champagne for each of us. Our order was taken, the appetizer was served and we waited and waited and waited but our entree’ never arrived. After more than 30 mins, I asked what was the hold up with the food. We were seated at about 6:50 pm and the waitress ( Olivia) took our order pretty quickly. When she brought bread and water she said that our order was in. We proceeded to sit until 8:00 ...no entrees arrived. She said she'd check on it but never came back to report. Tables around us that had arrived after us all received their food . I have to say we were very disappointed in the food this time…we brought my mother for her birthday and I got bolognese which had no taste and my husband got the veal parm which for $50 also didn’t have much taste…we were so excited to eat here again because last time it was delicious…the woman that sat us told us that it’s a new menu and I’m also thinking there is a new chef as well…my mom got the meatball it she also wasn’t thrilled with it…we didn’t want to complain because it was her birthday but I’m not sure we will be ... read more

Been here many times but wait to be served entree incredibly slow...45 min. Normally may be ok but I had show tickets so not ok

Your reservation time on open table is 15 mins before what the restaurant has as your time so likely have to wait. Service was very slow- great server but everything was behind. Bread service after apps, sparkling wine was room temp, dessert was still a little frozen. Pasta was amazing, seemed to be made in house. Sea Bass was good. Most items overpriced for market value some were in line. Would not dine here again.
