The food was very good and our waitress was very accommodating. However, we had advised the waitress from the beginning that we had a gluten allergy in our group. She gracefully acknowledged and said she would pass that along to the kitchen staff. We ordered GF items from the menu, but somehow in all of it the kitchen must have cross-contaminated as a member of our party became very ill later that evening as a result of this contamination. Took our brother for his birthday and quite frankly the meal and service was very disappointing. Very slow to come and greet us and take a drink order. Then another long pause before taking the food order. The bread in the burrata crostini was so soggy it fell apart. The calamari was mushy. My brother’s ribeye was definitely not 16 oz and my veal parmigiana was so laden with cheese and salty to really enjoy. Steak was not worth the price. Server had a bit of an attitude about everything. 10.00 mashed potato’s were instant.
The food was good, but overpriced (not surprising at a casino). The experience was the worst I've ever endured at a restaurant. We will never go back. The casino rents "scooters" for patrons with mobility problems. The problem is the scooters have a backup beep that's as loud as those on a dump truck. The man at the table behind us adjusted his position at the table every few minutes. "BEEP...BEEP...BEEP...BEEP...BEEP" every few minutes directly behind me. It was like eating a $70 steak in a construction site.
Food was bland. Needed a lot of salt and paper. Expensive for the value. Manager was snarky.
French onion soup flavorless Broccolini not cooked. Pasta with meatball and pasta bolognese sauces flavorless and not good at all. Veal Milanese good. Water glasses not checked for cleanliness. We are longtime customers but really disappointed overall. Sorry!
The service was fantastic - Victoria is very efficient and friendly.
Over all it wasn’t the best experience. As soon as you walk on the host appears to be in her mid 80’s with the darkest red lipstick and black teased hair, looking like a scarecrow, she wasn’t too kind either. Ups on sitting at the table we waited for 20 minutes before they even took our drink order and another 15 minutes to receive our drinks..
We had made a reservation way ahead of time as we were going to a show. We arrived on time and we’re seated and placed our order. After about 10 minutes, bread was delivered. 5 minutes later our salads came. About 30 minutes later the server came to ask us if we were going to the show and we said yes and she said that your food will likely not be out in time.
