The food was very good but service was deplorable. We enjoy a leisurely meal but this was at a snail’s pace. Very long wait to even pay the bill.
The kitchen ran out of the food on the menu which I ordered , we sat there for over 2 hours before our food was ready , the replacement for the food they ran out for which was Brussel sprouts was soggy . It was not a very good experience.
Terrible service. Dinner took over 2 hours and our waiter was not very personable nor friendly. Food was great but not worth the wait or the service.
Honestly I had a horrible experience. We sit down and order a bottle of wine 25 minutes later it comes out. The waiter was very slow with everything next he says let me get you some bread comes back 15 mins later I don't know what's going on with the bread. Comes back 10 min later well we might have to go to the buffet to get you some really??? Next our beet and pear salads come at least 45 min after ordering. I ordered steak and scallops. Unfortunately our soup was cold. The baked ziti was to have eggplant in the dish. There wasn’t any. The experience was blah. Disappointing.
We had to ask for a server as no one had come to our table for quite a while. Our order was incorrect and service was mediocre.
We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated right away by the hostess. Our waitress arrived in a few minutes but our hostess had failed to leave a wine menu so we asked her for one. She seemed befuddled and after a minute or two went to another one of her tables asked them if the were done with theirs and brought it over to us. Strike 1. We ordered food at 6:45pm and told the server we needed to leave by 7:50pm for an 8pm show and the food showed up at 7:55pm.
We were disappointed with our meals. Expected better quality given the prices.
