Extremely slow service. The dinner itself was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in both food quality and taste. We've eaten here a number of times in the past and had wonderful experiences. Truly disappointing this time around.

It took over an hour for our main course to come out. We had to ask the waitress where our meal was, then it came out a few minutes later. Had to send the steak back because it was cold. We have been here many times and this experience was sub par. We were in such a hurry to get to the 8pm show, i would of thought a 5:45 reservation would have given us plenty of time.

Disappointing. Reservation for two. We both ordered medium steaks and mine came back rare, almost raw. They took it back, and when it returned it was still very raw in the middle but now with excess char. The whole time this is going on my friend is eating her dinner uncomfortably while I’m waiting for mine. I finally just tell them to keep it. It was my 60 th birthday , I order a mix drink when I received it there was a BUG in it , I asked for the manager who was not very sympathetic . He asked if there was something else I wanted instead of course I was not going to get a mixed drink so I said a beer , HE sees our waitress Tells her what happen puts my beer on her tray and she brings it over!!! Entree took forever to receive. All they kept offering was a free drink, and ultimately only “comped” two glasses of wine from the bill. The food was good, but very expensive, and due to the wait, I thought it would have been more appropriate to comp one of the meals. Either way, we did the classy thing and still tipped 20%, paid the exorbitant bill, and left unsatisfied. We have had our anniversary dinner there two years in a row, but I promise there will not be a third.

The food was so so - the steak was cooked perfectly and that is about it - the side dishes were not - service was below par - our waitress was more interested in the table next to us - never asked how the food was - we had to ask if there were any specials - never checked in on us - very disappointed with the whole dining experience for the price

the prices are way too expensive for the quality and quantiy of food. We ordered the 5 oz filet mig. not done to our request ,and you know never send it back (who knows what they do to it) absolutely no taste or seasonings. came with a burnt half cut lemon? what the hell is that for? brussel sprouts were beyond burnt...looks like they were left over table scraps and cooked again...burnt black , tasted like marshmellows cooked over an open fire, soooo horrible and not even edable. the only thing that was enjoyable was the mas... read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The hostess was rude, the food was disgusting, the wine was not rose as stated, expensive, just an overall terrible night for the money.
