Terrible customer service. Made a specific reservation which they failed to honor. Front end staff seemed aloof and not caring. Ordered a drink it never came. Terribly run restaurant. Probably won't be back. This has been about our 6th time there. Very disappointed.

We arrived 10 mins early and was told to leave and come back in 10 mins and the place was 1/2 full. When thanking the waiter for the food, there was "You're welcome" reply. They lacked proper customer service etiquette. The stuffed chicken was dry.

We had dinner at here for the first time Friday. For an appetizer, we had the Calamari, which was a good portion and tasted good. We split a Bolognese, which was disappointing. It's supposed to have slow-braised beef, but it tasted mainly like a heavy tomato sauce with melted cheese. We've had much better Bolognese. The desserts, creme brulee, and the cannoli, were excellent, so was the coffee. Service could have been better. The Caesar salad we had was very bland, and the romaine looked like it was 2 weeks old,my veal chop was ok the side of pasta could have been used for wall paper paste, it was way over cooked.if there going to charge these prices,the chef has to step up his game.

Food took over an hour to get to our table, steak came out ordered wrong. Unhappy with this experience.

Wife’s filet was burnt on outside and med well, she requested med. My ribeye was med and tuff, I requested med rare. Calamari was soggy, mashed potatoes were bland. We were seated next to a table of loud 20 something girls. Just overall disappointing. Not even close to a Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris. Sorry to say, but I’ve had much better meals at Longhorn. Don’t waste your money here.

Honestly, we didn't enjoy a single food item that we ordered. The Brussels were undercooked and we're difficult to eat, and the chicken was very bland and dry. The steak was decent, but nothing spectacular. The restaurant seemed very understaffed and while our waitress was doing absolutely everything she could, I felt that there should have been more attentiveness in general (by all staff). We paid for our meal and tipped generously, but we will absolutely not be back again.
