For the price of the food I was expecting a great meal but nope food was nothing special and not seasoned steak. When a steak cost 80.00 it should be amazing. I will not go back.

Music was too loud and annoying. Service was slow. Food took over 45 minutes to come out. It came out luke warm, not hot.

the food was very salty. the shrimp cocktail was good. the soup was salty and lukewarm. the brussel sprouts had a nice flavor but were not crispy and again lukewarm. the bib lettuce salad was drenched in dressing but the lettuce was fresh. the steak was not below average quality and expensive for the type of steak. no sea. it felt like the steak was leftover. our waitress seemed to be bothered by us. she did ask us how we liked everything but not until we were ready to pay the bill. the person bringing the food was friendlie... read more

we ve dined here 2-3 time s per year since del lago opened never had a bad experience always a 10, this time a 1 !!! For the first 30 minutes sitting at our table all we had was a glass of water, I was served my martini halfway through my salad, my wife didn't get her olives for her drink till her steak was served !!! Never got any bread for the table, my wife's med raw filet was well done & my bone in rib eye was lost & was served a strip steak - I m hoping last nights meal & service was a fluke & that s why i m still recom... read more

We ordered beef filets and chicken. It took awhile for our food to come out (about 45 minutes), and when it finally did, none of the food was hot. My medium rare filet was cooked medium well. They did bring our another steak that was hot and cooked to medium rare, but neither steak had much flavor and was disappointingly dry. The sides were good and hot. While the staff was extremely pleasant and the atmosphere was very nice, it was most unfortunate that our food took a LONG time, easily 20 min longer than it should have. We had a show to attend and felt rushed once our food finally came ( and no, all the table were NOT full). Perhaps due to lack of kitchen staff, but even when food was served my oder of a medium filet mignon was totally well done, and the baby potatoes that the waitress recommended over the fries were not quite what she described, I couldn't even eat them..... read more

Bartender waiter outstanding and energetic. Food quality not good, I asked for no drizzle on brussels sprouts served with drizzle. The brussels were so hard we could not eat or saw them with steak knife. Veal chops were tough and hard to eat. They used to be good. I asked for plain scallops and they were served with drizzle. Ordered the head lettuce with blue cheese dressing gave me ranch. Atmosphere was nice. The server was good. Food was way overpriced and honestly not that good. Plus we were served a spoiled dessert. Not going back again.

We had a 7:15pm appointment last Friday night, arrived promptly and were seated around the bar area. It was nice. I want to point out that our server was really great. The problems were in the kitchen. We started with appetizers which came out in normal time. The problem came when our entrees were very late. We asked our server what the hold up was and he checked on our meals.
