The server doubled my bill to use the extra money for his “tip, “ even though I left a cash tip on the table. This was a month ago now, and I am still waiting for my money back. Don’t ever use your debit card to pay at this place.

Greeted nicely, sat at a good table and waiter was nice and helpful. Food was delivered and tasted good. We ordered dessert and coffee and that is when it started all going downhill. Waiter had a large group come in and took to much time with them while we waited for him to get us our coffee and desert. Then when the check came I wanted to add to my room bill. This was our second time here. First time the restaurant was new and the food was great. This time we brought our family of 4 for dinner before a concert. We had 2 hours to eat so we had plenty of time. We were not served our main courses until 20 minutes until showtime. That means it took them 100 minutes to get our food out. It was not busy. The food and service was great, the decor lovely, but we could not carry on a conversation due to the extreme noise. We were under the impression that this was fine dining, but the level of noise did not contribute to this. The room did not complement the high priced menu.
We had a 6:30 reservation for a party of four. We were promptly seated. That ends my positive comments. Ordered drinks, waited over 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Server was apologetic, said bar was behind, etc. We ordered dinner. The wait was unbelievably long. When it finally did come, 2 of the meals had to be sent back. The short ribs were COLD. The restaurant is designed beautifully however the menu and food are well below average. There are no standard dishes on the menu and many of the descriptions the use of google the figure out what the ingredients are. When we asked our our waitress about one item she had no idea what it was and said “I can find out for you”. My wife and I have been there there twice and been disappointed both times. Honestly not happy with the overall experience. Met friends from out of town that we haven't seen in months. Got reservations and was truly excited. Waitress suggested a local farm raised cut of beef that had grass that was under cover ect. You could buy this very limited steak for $3 per ounce. So I went bone in 20oz. Medium rare. If the steak wasn't mostly fat/cartilidge the other was literally raw. I'm not one to complain because it's not the waitresses fault. Dinner took more than 45 minutes to be served the prime rib special. When it did finally come out it was undercooked and had to be sent back . Servers were pleasant but clearly the cooks are lacking skills
