Our reservation was at 4:45, we arrived right on time. Plenty, if not most of the tables were open to be seated at. It took 15 minutes to get seated. Their was not a line of people waiting to be seated, just slow at seating. Food was overpriced for the value. Service was very good other than waiting to be seated. The ambiance was nice. Overall, not a 4 star restaurant for my taste.
Horrible experience overall. They ran out of NY Strip steak, service was mediocre, and very slow to get drinks. The food was nothing special. Very disappointed in our experience there. We probably will not go back.
The service was good and the hostess was accommodating, but the food needs work. The lamb was ordered medium rare and came back medium well. 2 veal malanase came way over deep fried you couldn't even cut into it. For those prices the food should be exceptional. Should have never came to the table. A beautiful casino though.
Very disappointing meal. The menu is very limited but we knew that going in. Service was ok, they still seem to be learning as they went. We were sat in a two person table across from each other, with a four person table next to us (close). We seemed very far away from each other. Given the pricing (everything ala carte) and the name chef, we were expecting a great meal and experience. We had neither. I had the veal Milanese and my date had the pork tenderloin. The veal was large, thick with bone in. I was expecting a pounde... read more
Our waitress was fantastic, knowledgeable about wine and the culture around the casino. The food was average, a bit bland, and very overpriced. Its a new place so I expect some kinks in the overall experience but the ambiance was a bit forced and seemed too wide open. Not homey at all, staff other than our waitress seemed a bit inexperienced. For the price, was expecting something a bit more put together. It seemed as if they kind of rushed the process.
Wife and I ordered apps, entrees, sides, and dessert with a couple drinks. We were comped our dessert because it took almost two hours to get our main entree (med rare steak and duck). Over 30 mins for pheasant salad and bacon app. Apps were delicious. Bacon app especially. Duck entree was very good, maybe a little over but the lasagna side with it was nice surprise. Didn't need the cauliflower side and took it home. Strip steak was ok. For $45 I expected much better. I've had better steaks at Longhorn. Desserts were pretty ... read more
Disappointed in the food. The veal chop was dry as a bone, looked and tasted like a chicken fried steak. No flavor or sauce? Our romaine salad was gritty and tasteless. We did ask for salt, but that never came. I drink Chardonnay and you only had one to choose from by the glass. And only one bathroom for a restaurant that seats over 200? Didn't like standing in line exposed to the other guests in the dining room while waiting. Oh, the duck leg was good, but comical!
There was nothing basic. Every meal was was unique, so if you do not like a lot of foods, i wouldn't recommend going. None of the foods went together. You couldn't get a basic house or cesar salad with your meal. And no sides either. Like why the hell would a steak come by itself with sauce?? And then pay 10$ or more for a small salad or a side dish that was not shareable. If your going on a date, i would not recommend it. You cant even hear yourself talk. Not only was it crazy loud, my boyfriend and i could not have a priva... read more
