Unfortunately our soup was cold. The baked ziti was to have eggplant in the dish. There wasn’t any. The experience was blah. Disappointing.

We had to ask for a server as no one had come to our table for quite a while. Our order was incorrect and service was mediocre.

We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated right away by the hostess. Our waitress arrived in a few minutes but our hostess had failed to leave a wine menu so we asked her for one. She seemed befuddled and after a minute or two went to another one of her tables asked them if the were done with theirs and brought it over to us. Strike 1. We ordered food at 6:45pm and told the server we needed to leave by 7:50pm for an 8pm show and the food showed up at 7:55pm.

Waitress did not attend us, another waitress came to our table because we were waiting for long tine. People that sat at a table next to us 10 minutes after we were seated had there order taken and were serve before we even had water or bread. A restuarant named after Fabio had extremely poor food. Will not go there again

I made reservations at least one month prior as it was my friend's birthday on 12/31. The reservations were made via phonecall and I was not told the price to dine at Portico was raised substantially due to the NYEve date. Paying $90 per person was a slap in the face given the majority of people dining at Portico were given complimentary food and hotel. We were a party of 8 with a reservation on 12/26/18. The service was very, very poor. 2 meals were served, then the remaining meals were brought back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, 5 cold meals were served. 1 meal was not served until the 7 others were done with their meals. The waitress did not ask us if we needed anything or check on our table through the meal, she merely came to take orders and deliver food or drinks at designated times. I was very disappointed in the service. We ordered brussel sprouts as a side and never received them. The server was VERY slow, and when we tried getting his attention, it would take several (like 5) times to say his name or "excuse me" to get his attention. The food was good, but the service was so poor, I probably would not go back.
