Love the pool! Had some issues with the general contractor completing the job because the propane tank was placed in the wrong spot. So we actually had to get the VP involved 2 finish the job to heat the jacuzzi. So we had about a 2 months delay at the end. And we have a propane tank in the middle of our yard.
My next door neighbor referred me to presidential pools for a propane heater to be installed. Bill showed up in a timely manner and installed my heater and all the plumbing to my filter and took the extra time to spray paint the new Plumbing pipes by my filter to match the color of my existing pipes. I had my pool decking replaced by Presidential Pools and other than a few hiccups I am very happy with the outcome. I had an issue, 2 years later, with the handrail and after contacting them through this site the handrail was replaced. I’d probably call them again for future work.
Today my husband has an issue servicing the pool. He called the company to set up a service call, but the VP Mr. Watson got on the phone and walked him through what needed to happen. Mr. Watson offered his cell phone number if my husband had any other problems. From the beginning of the pool design and construction, the team has been great to work with. Thank you Mr. Watson for extending great customer service.
As a preface for those who don’t have the time to read this entire review, let me condense things and just strongly suggest that you take your business to anyone other than Presidential Pools, they are grossly incompetent of managing timelines and projects. Let me start by saying that we did our due diligence in preparing for a pool and preparing to select a builder. I spent time researching pool sizes, positioning and bid over ten builders in Tucson. Initially, when my husband and I met Mike Tierney at the Gilbert location regarding our desire to build a pool, we left feeling like he really was not interested in us as a customer. He did not seem to give a shit whether we chose Presidential or anyone else. We walked out, not intending to do business. We interviewed a couple of other companies and basically felt the same. We are almost done with our pool and it has been an absolute nightmare working with our "project manager" Dion. The people that have been to our brand new home have destroyed our front yard, including all or drip lines and our NEIGHBORS drip lines as well ( they did...
