If I could give progress residential a negative star review I would. I have been in my home for the last six years and during that time the customer service and maintenance has been horrid twice. My AC has gone out and it should have been fixed within 24 hours based upon the lease contract. However, I waited nearly a week before anyone even contacted me. I have rented from progress residential for two years now. When I first moved in maintenance team was very responsive & I waited no more then a few days for non-emergent issues. We renewed our lease and ended up having a leak in our roof that took weeks to be scheduled and repaired. We then had our garage door malfunction and submitted a request and never heard anything until a week later. This company is a scam. They will not let you view the home after you pay the application fee and holding deposit of $250. I asked them to cancel the application. Now they will not refund the holding deposit. Why would I go through the process of giving them all my information if I dont even know if the house has a washer/dryer hookup and that the pictures they posted are really what the house looks like on the inside.They are wrong for not refunding the holding fee. They house was was and still is on the market.

Among a laundry list of items, we most recently went hours in our home without air conditioning during a heat warning with a one year old. The guy on the phone (*****?) Told ** we should be better parents...legitimately! We couldnt make this stuff up! They've been terrible from the beginning and we are just counting down the days to buy our own place. Avoid renting from this company at all costs. I've rented all over the world and they are by far the worst!

Terrible quality customer service. I now see why everyone says Progress Residential is crooked. Everything was fine and dandy when we were paying our rent on time every month. When it was time to renew our lease, we were contacted by email and given a list of options for renewing our lease, but we were never informed that we needed to give a 60 day notice if we planned on moving. Our house was flooded due to an ongoing leakage from the dishwasher and our damages are at $7,000! We reported the leak 3 times and all the time maintenance didnt run the dishwasher for full cycle and found nothing wrong with it. Called and explained to 10+ agents and managers. Finally advocacy contacted my fianc and he told them to only call him on Tuesdays due to his works schedule. This company is the WORST company. They never respond, charge you fees for their mistakes, and put you in a structurally unsafe house. Ive had termites, my stairs have literally fallen apart, ceiling fan almost catch fire, and water damage to name a few. Ive been emailing for over a week now and have spent 3 HOURS on hold. This place is a fing joke, go rent from a place that actually answers their residents.
