This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. I been in my resident 5 years before I was sold secretly to Progress residential. It has been a nightmare since they havent taken over with excessive fees, numerous calls, emails, unnecessary demand letters that cost. I have been blocked from making my monthly rental payments due to a system error outside of my control and was advised I have to pay cash only the duration of my lease which is a huge inconvenience, extremely expensive and cost me money to mail payments *... read more

Garbage f****** company! Their website says broken air conditioners are considered an emergency service request and should be handled within two hours. It took three f****** days and I had to continuously call, wait on hold for hours, send multiple emails and threaten legal action before anyone would call to setup a service appointment. Its hot as f*** in ******* during the summer and my toddler almost fainted and I had to take my dog to the vet for heat exhaustion because the house got so hot.

We are extremely disappointed with Progress Residential and the way they are handling the following situations: 1. We have lived in the home for a year and recently signed another annual lease. Despite signing the new lease before the current one expired, they assessed a $360 fee, stating that we are month-to-month renters. When I called to inquire, I was told that it would be adjusted after the new lease started. This makes absolutely no sense. 2. We live in central *******, and our ** stopped working on Memorial Day. I was told a month before move out, have your house professionally cleaned & leave the receipt otherwise we will charge a $450 fee. So I paid $390 to have it done & left the receipt on the counter. Still charged the fee, I asked why and their response is in the post. I was also charged $100 for wall cleaning, which I believe falls under 'cleaning'. Any cleaner in the world, including theirs, WILL miss some small spots. But wiping these up takes 5 mins, 10 if you're immobile and need help moving around.So now I've paid $390 f... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The prices are outrageous and raise every year by A LOT. If you ever need to contact them for anything go ahead and set out at least an hour of your day and don't plan on first-call resolution. Be prepared to hear "we've created a ticket" and then repeat the process at least another time or two. No one in the company knows what is going on, they sent out a lawn care service after we received an HOA violation for our basketball goal being beside our house... and tried to charge ** $210 for it. After almost 3 ******* renting with this evil & uselessly disorganized company, I am at my **** end. I am so tired of crying over having to place emergency maintenance requests that are ignored, by no means treated as emergencies, because of their inability to communicate and follow through with the sh*t that we OVERPAY for. Twice a year we have to place a request because the **** goes out, and each time we are told that a part needs to be ordered how is that possible EVERY TIME. Absolutely awful company, completely unprofessional. Dont waste your time. If 0 was an option I would have chosen that...My family and I moved from two states away in July of 2022, moved into a home that "seemed" move in ready, once we actually moved in one problem right after another occurred. Biggest issue consisting of several plumbing issues, boiling down to a slab leak under our kitchen tile. Do NOT rent from this company. The first questions they asked were about pets and how many cars do you have as well as what kind of cars. We told them we had 3 cars. After paying $600 in application fees, we were approved and received a letter for the *** application which said we were only allowed 2 cars. Now we're out $600. What a scam to just take people's money. They should have told ** about the car limit from the beginning. Horrible way to do business. Never again.
