I have been locked out of amenities because Progress has failed to pay the increased ***************. I have been calling and emailing daily to get it resolved.
This is a company full of thieves and scammers. **************** is non existent and calls and emails will go unanswered for weeks. We received inaccurate charges upon move out that resulted in them requesting thousands of dollars that we did not owe. They will take weeks to respond to your notice to vacate, and then smack you with a charge for not giving enough notice despite multiple calls and emails going unanswered. If they had -10 stars thats what I would give! We are going in 48 hours with NO water with a child in the home because Progress Rental FAILED to submit a back flow requirement to our citys water department. Called emailed and NO response! Have not been in house a month and it has ALREADY began! WORST experience EVER! We have been on the phone for hours with them and NOTHING! Stay away from this shady company!!!

Progress Residential is by far the worst property management company you can rent from. During our time at this home, my family and I faced unprecedented problems with your company. When we moved in the house, it was not cleaned. Progress Residential reimbursed us 75% at that time for a new cleaning. I just moved in with my kids to a 4bedroom rental home in ********* *********** on *********** a few days ago. Before we could enter the property, we were met by a pile of bird p*** just at the entrance towards the door and it turns out that at the edge of the roof is a ********* built by swallows. Saying progress residential is unprofessional is an understatement, never try to rent from them. they are not only inept but dangerous. I have an emergency and their emergency line is not manned, they do not respond to emails or calls

This company has payday loan for renters kind of vibes. I signed a lease with my daughter in law, she moved in March 16 and was evicted June 13. Progress said they served her in May but that never happened. I had not moved in yet because I still had a lease where I was living. I terminated the lease and now I have no residence. She had made arrangements to pay $500 on May 24, they didnt post the payment until June 1. I originally rented my home from ******** and agreed to a monthly landscaping fee to have the yard cut each week. ******** was fantastic and had a professional crew cut the neighborhood as promised. After a couple months the management company for the neighborhood was switched to Progress Residential and landscaping services were no longer being provided weekly.
