Rented a home in ****** ***** from Progress Residential which was the worst nightmare and pain I have ever been through. Not only did we get approved for the house we wanted, then they misinformed us about the move in availability, my fiance' and I gave shut not and disconnect notices, then they said it as going to take longer. We changed houses, had to go through the entire approval process again, which at that time was March 2023 and we would be eligible for $1000 off rent, they said we don't get that cause we were approve... read more

I have been pushed back my move in date 2 weeks now and Im sleeping on a couch with my 4 month old daughter, the agents seem to not care either and its all because of a smart hub. Look other places before doing business with these people I honestly want my holding fee refunded at this point or a guarantee of housing because this is super unprofessional I ended my lease right on time thinking the house would be ready.

I wouldn't recomend this company to my worst enemy!!! I have been in this house for 3 years (only because I live in *******! GOOD LUCK finding affordable rentals in THIS state!) The roof has leaked in several different places since day 1. Today, it is raining in my area; it's also raining in my KITCHEN! There has been a leak in the kitchen ceiling almost from the start. They have yet to fix it properly. All they do is "seal" it, and think that is enough! But I live in *******! The heat melts the "seal" then it leaks AGAIN!!!... read more

I dont have a review complaint but I must say Im so afraid to even try to get a home from Progress because all you hear is bad stuff . How are they still in business . They have majority of all the nicer homes in my area , yet Im very hesitant to trust them. Have no clue on the choice to make moving forward . Cant afford to get burned by them.

This company is terrible. I received a notice on my door telling me I have three days to pay rent or vacate the premises on the 17th of the month. My rent was paid in full already therefore the notice was harassment uncalled for and unprofessional. I received no phone calls no emails or any notice of any kind just a demanding letter on my front door for rent that was already paid. This is the worst experience I've ever had I was told I could pay my deposit in three installments and was able to.move in with the first installment then the first month I was threaten with a termination of lease and they wanted the full.amount of the deposit in the first month following my move in rent . False advertisement this is a horrible company with nothing bit lies...Stay away from this company they are scammers!!!!!

****** stars out of 530+ reviews (at the time of this review)--12k members of the 'Victims of Progress Residential' ******** page --Lawsuits filed against them for "shameful" and "dishonest" practices ***** doing a story on them --Other organizations have covered this as well DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

These ppl have a hundred applicants for the same properties asking for ****** ****** to take off *********$ application fee 35$ processing fee which has to be in in 48hrs only one applicant will be approved or at all then they find something to say you forfeited your money unit back on market in 48hrs waiting for another 100 applicants for same unit I sent everything in I want my 250$ dollars back THEY ARE NOT GIVING NO MONEY BACK ST ALL BUT I WILL KEEP FIGHTING FOR MINE

This company screams SCAMMERS. I was told my payment bounced on 05/01 for two separate dates a month later (which I have proof it did not) then the company goes back to the beginning of the year and say it was their error on the ledger and now wants me to pay an additional $1150 plus late fees this company believes in sending you multiple letters (multiple letters that are issued you pay $40 for) I have proof as well from the beginning of the year of what was told to me what the balance is.
