I wish I would of done a little more research on this company before I signed my lease for one of their homes. I have been in the home only 2 months and had to put in a service request 5 times for something being broken, the most important, the ** unit!! 4 times and it has still not been fixed!! They've send out the maintenance ppl on Progress' payroll instead of a certified HV** technician or reputable company. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to heating and air or plumbing!! And the message on the mainte... read more

I have lived in a Progress Residential Residence since 2021. I thought the company was an acceptable company until the tenant that moved out prior to me told me about water damage and leaking in the property. Not even a week later exactly where she told me it would leak at it did. My first 20 days there I was in the hospital for pneumonia. The property had mold in the attic, basement, and in the walls of the property. Ceilings caving in, etc. I was told I can transfer my property. On April I apply for a home with Progress Residential. Got approved and my requested move in date was May 1st. Then I applied for the *** and they wont approve me because Progress Residential have PENDING BALANCES with them. The *** said that my application was OK and as soon as Progress Residential PAYS THE PENDING BALANCES they will approve me. I am trying to rent a house in ********, ************** for my son. This company only excepts security deposit and last months rent and a cashiers check that **** to be sent to *******. I am a new resident. Ive called daily since Ive moved in. My two minor children was not added to my lease so therefore my lease is incorrect. I am trying to have school bus transportation for my teenage son being that his school hours does not align with our work schedule. We rented from this company for a year beginning last May. During that time we made countless repair orders. Broken windows that were spilling glass onto our floors, no ventilation in the kitchen, AC not functioning properly, the list goes on and on. However, the worst among the issues we had was the rampant mold in the house. Progress has many homes that is about the only upside downside service request are a non priority my house was 95 degrees and the tech said your tech has 8 jobs left to do and he might not make it out there just call back in the morning I state the service rep stated the tech would call me and with it being an emergency service request according the progress he should be out in two hours all other request within 24 hours he proceeds to say well Im the only tech I follow with oh so your the tech why make it seem like your in ... read more

If I could give zero stars, that's exactly what I would give! I have been attempting to move into my rental in the ******* area since April 27th which is when move-in orientation was scheduled. I waited around all day and never received a call. When I contacted them, they informed me that due to pending work orders, they were unable to complete move-in orientation. If I could put a negative I would. This company is a joke. Policies chance everyday. And its said. Water leaks they will temporarily fix it. When molding coming off the wall they will temporarily fix it. All they are worried about is numbers and lining their pockets. Biggest thing is customer satisfaction. That is one thing you guys will never have. They will not take care of you they dont care about any of the tenants. I transferred and that was h*** Then move into the new house.
