Progress residential failed to complete repairs for months. A person purchased home next door and repeatedly complained about the fence falling over in thier yard. Progress took 3 months to repair fence with 4 separate work orders- their repair was nailing my fence to the tree! Not only did it NOT resolve the issue, it infuriated the new neighbor, in which caused them to threaten me everyday AND poisoning my dog! If I could give negative stars I would. I am facing homelessness due to the negligence of this company. I was approved for a property and a few days after my approval I noticed the home was getting advertised and that my application was showing as cancelled. I contacted the team Ive been working with immediately and was told that I didnt complete the ** verification, which I did complete. Very dishonest company. We paid our rent through the last day of our lease and they refused to give us our security deposit because they claim we terminated our lease early. We NEVER asked for an early release as they claim. They don't return calls. Very poor communication until you dispute them stealing your money Very shady company.

I am not pleased with the company. However, like many *********, getting a home right now is just a difficult notion.That being said. The billing they use provides you no information whenever there are sudden, drastic increases. I have been trying to get in touch with the company since May 1st, 2023 over unconscionable increases in my utilities bill that Conservice (Con in the name) has also not provided an itemized invoice for. I have been leasing from progress since 5/2020. Rent always has been paid and satisfied by any arrangement date. I wish I could say the same is applied in return. I have had my AC go out multiple times a year since I have been leasing my home. In 2021 they were advised the unit needed to be completely replaced. But instead of taking the advice of the vendor, there were minor fixes done to temporarily remedy the issue. I have small children and a dog that i also pay pet rent for. Slum lords! 1st day upstairs bathroom had bad water pipes . Flooded downstairs bathroom. 4 days with no water and didn't do anything for water *******. Went with air condioner for 1 week, and that was the start of the hvac and return problems. Went Went all winter with no heat to very little costing ** ****** electric bills. We had a fire in the return unit, heat pack had a hole, to about 12 dozen times them coming and saying your out of freon. Then 1 day later no heat again. We lived with space heater in out bedroom . The worst company to ever lease from. They dont care about their homes. They should be put under investigation for negligence. Moved into a house (still living there) and there was an awful dog smell. To which we were assured it would be fixed before we moved in. It wasnt. Now our garage is torn out and we havent been able to use it for a month. The dog smell is still in the carpets. Progress Residential denied my application charging me $335 with what should have been a refund for the $250 holding but instead they access my bank account for another $250 totaling $585 for a denied application. Now they still havent refunded my account and Im in the middle of moving. I need my money and they careless about the consumers. I am thankful I did not get approved to rent from them.
