stay far far away! this has been the worst rental experience of my life. My "move in ready home" had a caved in roof and was infested with bugs and mold. When I called to have the mold removed the contractor said that there was no point because it would just come back. *** had to pay out of pocket for home repairs because they do not answer the phone or they send people who can't complete the job. When we complained about not having hot water, their contractor came and turned my pilot so high thay my electric bill was $700. ... read more

Where should I start....first off we moved in, did a walk through and noticed that the house was not completely clean. There are 2 possum/racoon traps and around 10 rat traps in the attic. When I reached out to them i was told that the "previous" owners must have left them. Come to find out there is an infestation because of numerous holes in the roof and gutters. Pest control even stated they have been to this house numerous times over the years. Our neighbors have even confirmed it!! I hear something in the walls as I type... read more

I have rented with Progress for over 2 years, they do not provide maintenance or regular upkeep to their property unless something brakes and then it's still a nightmare to get assistance. The deck in our backyard due to weather and winter conditions and from what the company that came out to inspect it said was that the deck hadn't been maintained in at least 7 years so some of the wood had deteriorated. I was a tenant a couple of years ago and then out of nowhere I find out I owe them thousands of dollars from when I never lived there. Absolutely unacceptable and shady business practices. Two years and not a peep until I go to apply for another apartment and now I'm basically screwed out of living ANYWHERE. Not worth your time and CERTAINLY not worth your money.

I do not recommend, if you are a government voucher holder. Unless you truly enjoy going back and forth with someone.

How can this company have A+ with 450+ customer reviews at ****/******... This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I didn't even rent from them, they took over our lease from another company and it has been a nightmare. They took over with a month of us moving out and i let them know. They are trying to charge us insufficient notice fees. They charged us twice for final utilities and late fees that should never have been charge. Calling them is an all day event. Absolutely horrible, treated my mother like her and her family meant nothing. Constantly pushed our move in date back, and let me add, we were completely aware that the date possibly could be pushed back. Almost 2 months of pushing it back is absolutely absurd though! We kept getting closer and closer to when we were suppose to be out of our previous home, we let it go until we literally had a week to be out. Submitted an application for a rental Anns they denied me said the credit score was too low. I asked for proof they sent a lease recommendation report since not score was under 400 when I know that wasnt true. So I asked for more proof they sent an advisory letter stating it was over 600. In the advisor letter it says it was due to high debt out collections. When the only debt I have is student loans which is technically close to being paid only 24k left. Worst experience Ive ever had with a leasing company. Paid my security and 2 months advance in rent for a move in date of the 19th. Once I paid the money, ***** sent me an email at 5:26pm the night before coincidentally saying the property was experiencing some issues and the move in date had to be pushed back. Told me I could call back the next day (Thursday 20th of April) to talk to her colleagues since she had the day off.
