The lack of unprofessionalism and care they have for their tenants is astounding. The amount of issues that have come with this home are laughable. An obscene amount of water damage resulting in part of the ceiling falling down (it took 6 months and a fight for them to replace the roof). We had water coming down from our cabinets onto the stove at one point. The toilet in the ONLY bathroom was never caulked down?? causing the bathroom to flood. Termites, resulting in the home being tented for a week. A broken/rotted out back... read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! My wife and I applied for a rental home that was "Coming Soon" so on top of the ****** application fee they required a ****** holding fee to reserve the home while our application was being processed. Once our application was APPROVED they asked us to verify our financial responsibility by pulling a report from each applicants back account. I informed the Progress rep that my wife and I share a bank account and that she does not have her own account. They told me that's fine, I just need to select the op... read more

I dont recommend renting with these LIARS I spoke to several different representatives on several different occasions and was told that we would require a greater down payment if ********** history was shaky, which we obviously already knew and we were told the only way we would be denied was with a criminal history which me and my partner have neither! The consumer report is a combination of your credit report, any subprime credit records, income information, and landlord/tenant collection information. While there is no single factor (outside of criminal requirements) that will deny you, any negative information will decrease the chances of your application being approved.

STAY AWAY. We just moved out of a Progress home in ******* and received our move-out statements where they are charging ** over $3,000 for unspecified damages to the floors along with other charges for damages that they have not provided proof for. We also had the home professionally cleaned but were still charged a cleaning fee. We only made nail holes in the walls which the lease says is OK but we were charged to fix every single one. We have attempted to contact the team with no response other than them closing the "case"... read more

I need a lot more than **** characters to explain all the reasons not to rent here.. we have lived here for a month now and have only gone a few nights without an active work order. The first night after moving all of our things here, we went to shower which caused water to flow from the ceiling in our kitchen and damage some of our property. I FEEL SO DEFEATED, I have to move out of the place i am in now, so i submitted an application and paid a holding fee for *******************************, however, YOU GUYS DENIED MY APPLICATION BECAUSE I HAVE A 2 BEDROOM VOUCHER, BUT MY VOUCHER CLEARLY COVERS THE ASKING AMOUNT, I CURRENTLY RENT A 3 BEDROOM RIGHT NOW! Rented in ***, ** for the last two years, worst two years of my life. Paying $2440 a month, maintenance orders took so many back and forth, emails and phone calls. No shows from workers. Raised our rent by $900 to paint the exterior of the home. Move out process is a pain the toot! 3 months prior to moving out a neighbor who was renting a room across the cul-de-sac street, drunk drove into our side wall property! No one updated my rent this month. And No one came today to fix the leak?????? What is going on?You guys want rent on time but no one wants to fix my issues im having with the house. 1st the mold in my house was covered by paint the leak from the celling is also being covered by wax or whatever you guys Denied to convert my Gas water heater to electric.This House is falling apart.
