I had break my lease May 2022. I submitted termination of lease and received multiple emails confirming my move out date and my final utility bill. Fast forward to October 2022, I receive the very first communication from progress stating Im being evicted and owe $20000. I called and emailed at least 15 times the same information proving I moved out and they were aware. I just recently moved into a Progress Residential home this past January. When signing the lease for this property, I saw that the house I selected was edible for up to $1000 off first month's rent if the lease is signed before January 31st. Of course, I was going to take advantage of that opportunity and signed before the promotion end-date. Absolutely horrible company. 4 to 5 websites they shuffle you around through until completely confused. About the same amount of telephone numbers as will. They disconnect you after you have been on hold for 19 minutes. Their customer care does not get back to you. You will get an automated response only. I am asking for all my money back. I see several class action lawsuits against this company. I will see if I fit into one of those.

Worse rental company ever, I moved into the property January 2023, its now April 2023. Since January I found that theres a termite infestation, the windows are leaking and wont open, the drains are stopped up in every bathroom, the dishwasher has water that continues to sit in the bottom of the dishwasher. The company is not putting forth any resolutions to solve these problems. I wont recommend anyone to lease a property from this company.

This Company is a *********** they deny you without a reason telling you to call the 3rd party and then telling you to call Progress back without answers. They offer options for a guaranteer and still deny you which is bs. Especially when for a fact they wasn't gonna approve you. I wouldn't RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! If 8 could give -0 stars I would.....

my money back and got laugh at, hung up on multiple times...this a company is a joke and doesn't care. They have a score system that doesn't make any sense, and they never told me exactly what I was denied, they said call there 3rd party company that makes there decisions, after calling them they said to call progress back and i still never got a straight answer.... beware this place is a big scam.... they don't follow the fair house act that is federal law... they have to provide a reason by mail or email link to there webs... read more

Progress Residential takes extremely long to process new applications. Almost thinking about just cancelling and losing my holding fee.
**************** is not good. Emails get returned due full mailboxes. Hold times are told to be 20 minutes but average 1-1.5 hours. No customer service on weekends and only available 8 hours daily M-F. State they will handle all repairs yet when service person comes for 15 minute evaluation and does not complete the job or even return there was a $175 charge for service rendered. Then they were going to charge me again for incomplete service to be completed.

I would give them a negative rating if possible. I moved in to the house on January 1st of this year and the hot water heater has been having issues ever since. (STILL IS NOT RESOLVED)! Same tech comes out every time and tries to fix little things on it each time and works for a little bit then it starts beeping again saying "service needed".
