Please, please, please DO NOT use this property management company! No one appears to be in charge. All employees handling the phones state they are working remotely and have to email for someone to get back to us. Every time we called wait times *****+ min. Got transferred after one of these holds to onboarding who can apparently look into our situation, but disconnected, and have to start over. They have our info and couldnt call us back? It has been less than 48 hrs that I have been at the property. There is a ***** infestation. We moved in after 1PM 4/2. Lets clear up that before unloading the truck (after driving 26 hours from **). I completed a walk thru. I looked in every cabinet, sliding drawer, underneath both bathroom sinks, and the kitchen sink. There was absolutely no signs of pest at all proceeded w/ unloading the truck. I moved in first of December 2022. The master bathroom has a garden tub and a separate shower enclosure but the door will not stay shut so that I can take a shower. They have come out numerous times but have done nothing but drill holes all in the frame and stripped out screws. They even tried to and did put a cabinet door latch on it that fell onto the floor! Ran into some hard times with losing my job. Called to tell them Id be two weeks late. They filed to have me evicted after day 12, added on $800 in fees and sent the account to collections

I wish I could give a -10. Did one lease with them and we resigned a new lease for my stepdaughter and her family could stay longer. long story short had no idea they didn't pay for three months of the new lease. Fast forward to the present we are now a week away from Closing on a home to find out their is a judgement against us in the amount of $6,445.00. Currently in a home managed by this company. The maintenance teams in this area have been good but the company made a mistake and stated that the eviction on our home was cleared when we made a payment. In their own systems, there were notations that the eviction was clear and contradicted the notes that it was not clear.Rather than take ownership of telling us the wrong information and help us postpone the 24 hour eviction notice that we were surprised with today, the company has doubled down and says that because the ledge... read more

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!Where do I start? I wished I would have read the reviews before renting. I had just had moved from out of town got a job offer so I wasnt able to look at the home before hand. So, I didnt expected it to be too great but NOT terrible either! When I first moved in the house reek of dog urine and dog f**** smeared on the wall, it was so bad I had to leave the house and get hotel for my children and I. NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!! In process of home to home transfer. They have all my money for both places and keep passing it around to each other with a different story every time of why I cant move into their "move in ready home"!! Passed the *** process, paid all their ridiculous fees, deposits and even prorated rent. JUST GIVE ME THE ***** TO THE NEW HOME!!! Just dragging to ******* even more money out me for prorated rents!!!HELP!!!
