They were fine until I submitted a notice to vacate, since then they have tried to over charge me, and will not drop charges for days Im not gonna be occupying the residence. I have submitted tickets to have this fixed but still have no answer. My day of termination is on Monday and they also sent an email stating Im not allowed to attend the move out inspection citing COVID safety restrictions. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to maintenance on the homes. When we first signed our lease, it was for a two-year lease. We decided to stay a third year and the rent went up drastically. I placed a request for maintenance to come out to fix things, including our windows that never was fixed from when we moved in the house. The front windows of the house do not even stay up. I would give a 0 if I could. This company is terrible. The reps pass the buck repeatedly and there is no resolution to issues. I have been waiting for my lease to be renewed for 6 months and have been charged a month to month fee. No one will call me back or finalize my lease. I am pursuing legal action.

Please stop letting Corporate ******* be landlords. They are terrible. My home was recently switch over to progress Residential in February 2023 from *********( just as terrible) I immediately looked at my ledger and noticed that the utilities which are bundled through ********** were not included. I called, emailed , and even went to a local office. I received no help. I payed February's rent only to receive not a final bill for my utilities for the switch but also a final bill due to me vacating a lease in 60 days. I again... read more

I would NEVER recommend this company. The house that was applied for (paid a $55/per person application fee and a $250 "holding" fee) was claimed to be move-in ready and yet the house is falling apart. The sub-floor of the house is rotted and you can feel it sinking when you walk (I only weigh 140 pounds so I can't imagine thousands of pounds of furniture holding up); they simply put new laminate flooring over the rotting sub-floor. I signed my lease on February 3, 2023. Today, March 7, 2023, I received a certified letter in my mailbox from ************************** stating that Progress has not made homeowner's association fee payments since December 29, 2021 and owes $768.33 for payments on that date, June 28, 2022, and January 1, 2023. They are now stating they are putting a lien on the home if not paid within 45 days. I just signed my lease on this home and paid almost $6000 to move in. I have rented from this company for 6 months, they increase my rent every month without any saying as to why. I have been calling for 6 months in regards to what appeared to be a paint issue. That was never properly investigated. The work order was just closed. I paid for someone else to come out and take a look because the issue continues to worsen and no one with progress will communicate with me. If I could I would give a negative rating. We have been renting from progress for more than 7 years and in the past two years the company has been horrendous to deal with! We put in major work orders that affect the safety and integrity of the home and they get cancelled. Over and over. Now they have billed us over $3k In ridiculous fees which are a result of their inability to hold up to their legal requirements of ensuring the home is safe! I really hate to do this guys because for the most part all my issues have been resolved with you guys but I see no other way of getting a response. I have tried calling and wait times are always over 30 mins. I'm still waiting for a new lease to be sent out to me. Rent is due today and I refuse to pay it until the month to month fee is removed.
