This company has took me threw so many problems ***** to pay my rent. They have locked out of me from paying online, add a $200 eviction fee AND TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY I CAN PAY IS BY mailing in my payment overnight to them. They have no locate offices in the ****************** so i can go in to talk to an agent or manager about the property that i live in. Please dont rent from this company because they are not a good company to rent from.
My family have been scammed. We had to move out our apartment because my children were getting sick from us discovering mold in the **** system. Current Case! We wanted to find a house. This Really Has To Be ***************** Ever, why because here we are AGAIN. Over the summer I went without AIR for a month and several days until that was finally resolved after I made several complaints... Now its the HEAT in the home that is not working and this has been going on for about a week and a half. No one from progress nor the outside source has contacted me about the issue or even came back to the house to correct the issue. This company are crooks. We have a lease with them and still they continue charging us month to month fees which we will not pay. We have talked with them over and over and over again and nothing is done. They are claiming we have a balance of $2000 when we have paid them every single month that we have lived here for the last 3 years. Fraudulent company and unethical practices. Please don't ever sign a lease agreement. I am currently going back and forth (via email) with their dispute department regarding unsubstantiated and egregious charges. I followed all move-out instructions upon vacating the property. However, the company added charges to my account (NO NOTICE) for interior paint (walls only) damages totaling $1170.40. Progress charged and kept a $50 application fee due to a computer error on their end. We spent hours on the phone trying to clear up the matter since we were otherwise approved. We were hung up on, disconnected, told story after story, and still no progress. They essentially stole our time and money and we have nothing to show for it. I would stay away from this company at all costs.
I moved in on April 26,2022 and still had to pay the full month of Aprils rent plus **** in security deposit. During inspection they said they were going to fix the weather stripping, the island, and another issue. None of that was fixed now there is mold everywhere. Every month I pay rent with the utilities and now they say I owe utilities since July but I found out they have not been paying the utilities since July.
